Beyonce Buys Old Church in New Orleans

Holy lord ... Beyonce now has her very own church!
Queen Bey's the new owner of a stone structured, 7,500 sq. ft house of God in The Big Easy. The New Orleans church -- which is more than 100 years old -- was listed at $850,000 ... but it's unclear if she got a divine discount.
We're told Beyonce's church was built in the early 1900s, but has been out of commission as a place of worship for some time due to its church members passing away.
Looks like it could be revival time though ... and Beyonce shouldn't have any issues finding folks willing to get in formation and join her congregation. Her sister, Solange, lives nearby, too.
Speaking of ... a San Francisco church held the first ever "Beyonce Mass" a few weeks ago and had more than 900 people show up for it.
Imagine what the turnout would be at the actual Church of Bey.

Boy, 15, forced to miss GCSE after stranger attacked him with hammer outside school

A teenager was randomly attacked by a stranger swinging a hammer just a day before he was due to take a GCSE, according to his family. Mujtaba Shah, 15, was hit three times in the head and the arm during the violent hammer assault in Burnage, Manchester, on Monday last week.

His family say he was stood with a friend when an older man attacked. 

Pictures show a gash on his head pouring with blood and later, wrapped in bandages as paramedics treat him. Mutjaba’s older brother Mustafa Hussain, 28, said the boy was approached by the man while standing outside his school. 

‘He was walking around with his phone out, showing people a photo and asking them if the knew the person,’ Mustafa said. 

‘He was with a woman and they went up to Mujtaba and his friend, my brother said to his friend to keep quiet. 

‘The man threatened him and headbutted him, then hit him three times with a hammer.’

He said his bleeding brother – who turns 16 later this month – was taken to the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital where he was treated for a broken nose and cuts on his head. 

Mujtaba had been due to sit one of his GCSE exams on Tuesday, but had to miss it because of the attack. Mustafa said his brother has been left shaken by what happened.

‘He’s only 15, this was a scary thing to happen,’ he said. ‘He’s shook up and has been a bit dizzy. We just want this person caught before they harm someone else.’

Little girl, ready to go to the royal wedding, is heartbroken to find she wasn’t invited

Isn’t it the worst feeling ever; you mentally prepare yourself for a super important event and look eagerly towards the big day, only to find out you’re not actually going? 

Little Lola Brown knows a thing or two about it as she learned, the day before the royal wedding, that she wasn’t invited. 

When she asked when they’d be going to London to pick up the dress, her mum broke the news, to which Lola burst out in tears. We totally get the feeling, hun.




As I was making dinner, Lola asked me "Mum is my dress for Megans wedding in London or are we going to pick it up on the way to the airport to go to London" thats when I realised she believed in she was actually going to the Royal wedding...My heart is broke, that her wee heart is broke that shes not going. Bad mummy for laughing she then proceeded to tell me she had learned to drink from a fancy glass with her baby finger "poking out" had also learned to wave and clap like a princess does 😂😂

Mum Ashlee filmed the whole thing which shows Lola’s face drop as she grasps the reality of it all. 

 ‘I was so looking forward to it when you said I was going,’ she yells through sobs. Her day doesn’t get any better when she finds out her mum meant the tea party at school. 

 ‘You have to be royalty to go to a wedding,’ says Ashlee to which Lola retorts: ‘I don’t know what you mean.’

Ashlee couldn’t help but laugh at the whole thing, posting it on Facebook and saying: ‘My heart is broken, that her wee heart is broken. 

I’m a bad mummy for laughing! She then proceeded to tell me she had learned to drink from a fancy glass with her baby finger “poking out” and had also learned to wave and clap like a princess does.’ 

The post has now reached over 17,000 likes with commenters in their droves awwing at her.

 Ashlee then confirmed she was fine while the wedding was aired on television: ‘Once I explained she had misunderstood and it was on TV and everyone was watching it, she was fine. 

‘Anyone that knows Lola knows how sensitive and emotional she is, she won’t even remember the whole thing tomorrow. The innocence of her!’

I think we can all agree Reverend Michael Curry absolutely stole the show at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding by delivering a show stopping sermon. 

The bishop’s words rose in a passionate crescendo as he spoke of the link between love and the divine, his style a stark contrast to the sober delivery of the Archbishop of Canterbury, who was officiating. 

For the Royal Family, the animated performance would be a departure from the type of sermons they normally see at church services. 

But Bishop Curry soon had the pair dissolved into giggles

Meghan Markle wore Princess Diana’s ring as the newlyweds celebrated their marriage at their evening reception. 

A huge emerald-cut cocktail ring could be spotted on the bride’s finger as she and Prince Harry waved to onlookers from their Jaguar.

The piece is likely a gift from her new husband as his mother left her jewellery collection to her sons Harry and William’s ‘future wives’. In a ‘letter of wishes’, Diana said: ‘I would like you to allocate all my jewellery to the share to be held by my sons, so that their wives may, in due course, have it or use it.

 ‘I leave the exact division of the jewellery to your discretion.’

Diana was pictured wearing the blue ring to an auction of her own wardrobe in 1997. 

The piece is part of a set, including a matching bracelet and earrings, but it’s unknown if she received the rest.

Both Meghan and Kate’s engagement rings have diamonds from Diana’s collection. 

It is believed that Prince William gave Kate his mother’s sapphire and diamond earrings on their big day in 2011. 

They were pictured as they climbed into a 1968 Jaguar E-Type with the registration E190518 – the date of their wedding.

Amber Rose says she and underage rapper Lil Pump are not dating.
The blonde beauty triggered dating rumors this week when she was photoed hanging out with 17-year-old rapper Lil Pump. Seems her ex-boyfriend 21 Savage is also upset about the photos and shut her down on IG earlier this week after she poured her heart out for him. The issue with some fans is not just the photo, but the fact that she is 34 years old and hanging out and smoking cigarettes with a 17-year-old rapper. 21 Savage reportedly found the photos repulsive and has been telling his friends that he is done with her for good.
Amber Rose posted a message on her Instagram Stories telling the world that she is not dating Lil Pump because she is old enough to be his mother, which is true. “Stop saying I’m dating Lil Pump I’m old enough to be his mother,” Rose said. “All because I lit his cigarette? Lol DF y’all are sooooo corny for that.”
Still, the optics of the photo just look bad on her part and fans are divided over whether or not it’s even appropriate for her to be smoking cigarettes in that setting with someone who is underage.
Amber Rose best friend Blac Chyna, 30, is dating 18-year-old rapper YBN Almighty Jay so perhaps that’s the trend for these celebrity women these days to date younger men. While YBN Almighty Jay is of age, Lil Pump is not yet legal. Nevertheless, there is no worries because Amber Rose made it clear that they are not banging.

Protesters spite racist lawyer with live Mariachi band outside home

A Mariachi band triumphantly played at a protest Friday outside the home of the Midtown lawyer caught on camera hurling racist insults at Spanish-speaking restaurant workers.
More than 100 people gathered in front of Aaron Schlossberg’s abode on West 60th Street near 10th Avenue to wave signs, chant “Ole, Ole! Throw him out!” and feast on free tacos.
“We’re basically clapping back at this fool,” said Chris Thompson, 40, an electrical engineer from Manhattan, who believes the lawyer should be disbarred.
“[It’s] ridiculous! This is a multilingual city. He should expect to hear different languages.”
On Tuesday, Schlossberg, 42, was caught in a hate-filled rant, threatening to have restaurant workers “kicked out of my country” for speaking Spanish at Fresh Kitchen on Madison Avenue near East 39th Street.
“Without the Latinos there wouldn’t be a hospitality industry [in New York.] How dare this mother f—ker. How dare he,” said protester Stratis Morfogen, 50. “He should be disbarred.”
The social justice group Millennials for Revolution raised $1,094 on a GoFundMe page to provide the band and tacos for the protest, a member of the group said.
A five-man Mariachi band, dressed in silver and black suits, arrived on a bus and played songs with trumpets, two violins and an acoustic guitar.

One band member, Alvaro Paulino, said, “I support my fellow immigrants. My family are immigrants.”
Duck and plum sauce tacos were donated by Jade Sixty, an Upper East Side Asian steakhouse.
In the viral video, Schlossberg is shown in a tirade threatening to call immigration officers on the restaurant workers. “Every person I listen to — he spoke [Spanish], he spoke it, she’s speaking it — it’s America!” he shouted.
“My guess is they’re not documented, so my next call is to ICE to have each one of them kicked out of my country,” he raged. “If they have the balls to come here and live off of my money — I pay for their welfare, I pay for their ability to be here — the least they can do is speak English.”

Migos rapper, Offset, got into a car accident on Wednesday night and wrecked his green Dodge Challenger before he was taken to a hospital afterward for minor injuries.
The 26-year-old rapper took to Instagram this night to show the injuries he suffered in the accident and also shared images of him being treated at the hospital and his badly damaged car.
He wrote:
'This is why I thank God Every day I could have been dead from this accident thank you all for you prayers all I can say is (G O D I S R E A L G E T W I T H H I M ) H E S A V E S L I V E S.,
Meanwhile, there are reports Police is now investigating the matter after Offset who has since been discharged headed straight to the hospital for a quick checkup without filing an accident or police report.

The Santa Fe High School shooter who killed between ten people has been named as student Dimitrios ‘Dimitri’ Pagourtzis. Pagourtzis, 17, shared chilling photos on his – now removed – Facebook of a ‘Born to Kill’ t-shirt shortly before Friday morning’s massacre, which saw nine students and one teacher murdered.

An Instagram account that appears to belong the 11th-grader shows him following multiple gun-related accounts, including ‘sickguns,’ ‘gunspictures’, as well as others called Guns Fanatics, Guns Lovers and Guns Glory.

Only three photos were uploaded to it –  a toy rifle attached to an arcade video game, a photo of a frog, and a picture of a gun, knife as well as torch lying on a bed.

His Facebook bio declared: ‘YouTube is a Comma Kazi. It’s the one with the kamikaze pilot.

The killer, who was armed with his father’s shotgun and .38 revolver, also carried explosives including a Molotov cocktail and ‘CO2 device’.

After, Governor Greg Abbott said the slaying were ‘one of the most heinous attacks that we’ve ever seen in the history of Texas schools.’ He added: ‘It is impossible to describe the magnitude of evil of someone who would attack innocent children in school.’

‘I’ve got a few playlists there.’ It also instructed people on how to pronounce his name – di-MI-tree-oas pag-OR-cheez – and directed people to watch videos there. 

The page also appeared to display a photo of the black trench coat work by Pagourtzis during the massacre. 

It was adorned with various trinkets, which he explained below. He wrote: ‘Duster Hammer and Sickle = Rebellion Rising Sun = Kamikaze Tactics Iron Cross = Bravery Baphomet = Evil Cthulhu = Power.’

The black and white Iron Cross is the highest German military decoration for bravery. 

It was introduced in 1813, but was redesigned in 1957 after the German government banned the production of Nazi-associated emblems. 

Some students claimed that Pagourtzis was bullied by students and another teacher., A note on the Santa Fe Indians football team’s website hailed his ‘huge role’ in a game last October. 

Pargourtiz also said on the Facebook page that he was planning on joining the military in 2019, but a spokesman said there was no record of him on their files. 

After the massacre, police rushed to the trailer park were Pagourtzis lived amid reports it had been booby-trapped with explosives. 

He is said to have used improvised explosive devices and pipe bombs during the slaughter.
