Did Kendall Jenner’s ‘new boyfriend’ Ben Simmons ‘cheated on Tinashe’ with model

by , in

Kendall Jenner may have found herself at the centre of a huge love triangle, following her rumoured new relationship with Ben Simmons.

The Victoria’s Secret model has been faced with speculation she is dating the NBA star – following his split from Tinashe.

Keeping up so far?

However, just after a story emerged of the apparent new lovebirds, the No Drama singer’s brother lashed out on Twitter at how quickly the athlete had moved on.

And he appeared to hint there had been an overlap in their romances.

In a message to his 1,795 followers, Kudzai Kachingwe wrote: Never met you before in my life.

Days after u break my sis heart u do this…

‘Ppl all lied on her talking fake news about my sis *doing kardashian shit * u cheat on her w a Jenner (sic).’

While responding to another user, he also claimed only called time on their relationship a few days ago.

‘They “broke up” Sunday my guy.. u literally don’t know anything, stay quiet about this (sic),’ he said.

He later added: ‘Sorry for blowing up y’all twitter everyone.

it was actually the only way to defend my sister against all this bullshit.’

The drama kicked off after Page Six reported Ben and Kendall had been seeing each other ‘for a few weeks’ – with the rumoured lovebirds spotted enjoying a lunch date in LA earlier this week.

However, they don’t appear to be following each other on social media just yet, while the Philadelphia 76 star is still following his ex on Instagram.

But Tinashe – who last shared a loved-up selfie with her boyfriend last month – showed she was completely over all the drama, sharing a bikini snap of herself on Instagram.

And, alongside the upload, she simply told her 2.2million followers: ‘I set the bar. I’m the fucking bar.’

Official- Frank Lampard named as new Derby County manager

by , in

Chelsea legend Frank Lampard has been named as Derby County’s new manager. Lampard has been a regular pundit on BT Sport since hanging up the boots in February 2017 and the 39-year-old is set for his first managerial role in first-team football.

His arrival follows the departure of Gary Rowett, with the latter stepping down from his position at Pride Park to take over the reins at Stoke City ahead of the 2018/19 campaign.

‘I’ve always wanted to manage a club with a big tradition and history like Derby County, so this is a huge opportunity,’ Lampard said at his unveiling on Thursday morning.

‘I have spent considerable time discussing the role and the club’s objectives with the Chairman and board members.

OFFICIAL: Frank Lampard named as new Derby County manager

‘We want to build on the club’s top six finish in the Championship last season, while at the same time bringing through some of the excellent youth and Academy talent we have at Pride Park.

‘This is my first job as a manager, but I’ve worked closely with some of the best coaches in the game and I’m confident in my own abilities and those of the team around me, including the board.

‘I know it won’t be easy – managing a football team never is – but I’m really looking forward to the challenge ahead.’

Derby chairman Mel Morris stated that he was please to bring in a manager with such a high reputation in the game.

I’m delighted to have someone of Frank’s calibre as our new manager,’ Morris said.

‘I’ve always been an admirer of Frank both as a player and a person, especially in the way he conducts himself both on and off the pitch.

‘That impression was only re-enforced when we interviewed him for this role, his passion and humility shone through in equal measure.

‘The board were unanimous that he was the stand-out applicant with many highly desirable and unique capabilities. Few players have achieved what Frank has in his career to date.

‘He’s a winner, a leader who knows what it takes to succeed and who has the character and charisma to be a fantastic manager for us.’

Viral Video of British Women Fighting each other on the street with Tea Mugs and Bins

by , in

It is like something from Benefits Street and a scene that will make many people ashamed to be British.

Two women were filmed hurling abuse and fighting each other with bin lids and a cup of tea. Identified as Black Juicy and Lizzie, they were seen scrapping in Shildon, County Durham, over the bank holiday weekend.

One woman was arrested but later released without any further action. Black Juicy is the lady with a mint green top while Lizzie is wearing the pink outfit.

It is not clear what they were arguing about but the terms ‘a slut’, ‘an utter slut’, ‘I’m sick of you’, and ‘fuck off don’t call me a slut’ can be heard.

The footage shows Black Juicy standing on her doorstep as the argument begins and when she’s pushed she throws her cup of tea at Lizzie.

Lizzie also lifts her strapless playsuit to show her backside and starts twerking at her. They continue to fight one another and slap each other around the face before Black Juicy pulls Lizzie’s pig tails and puts her in a headlock as they continue punching one another.

They both end up on the floor a couple of times before Black Juicy says ‘You stupid little slag’ as she lifts up her trousers.

John Canty, who runs the Cantys Late Night Show channel on YouTube, said that Black Juicy was arrested after the incident but was eventually released with no further action.

Joy in newsroom as reporters find out murdered colleague wasn't murdered

by , in

Footage has emerged of the moments journalists found out that their colleague Arkady Babchenko had not actually been murdered. They believed that he was dead as a result of an elaborate plot by Ukrainian authorities to fake his death.

Ukraine is now trying to justify the actions saying that there was a Russian plot to kill him.

Less than 24 hours earlier, Ukraine said the reporter had died from three gunshots to the back in the stairwell of his apartment building in a contract-style killing in a case that provoked an outpouring of grief and a diplomatic spat.

‘Thanks to this operation we were able to foil a cynical plot and document how the Russian security service was planning for this crime,’ security service head Vasyl Grytsak said at the press conference.

Russian journalist Arkady Babchenko (C), who was reported murdered in the Ukrainian capital on May 29, Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko (R) and head of the state security service (SBU) Vasily Gritsak attend a news briefing in Kiev, Ukraine May 30, 2018. Grytsak announced authorities had arrested the alleged mastermind of the plot, saying a Ukrainian citizen named only by the initial G. had offered to pay a hitman to carry out the killing after being recruited by Russian special forces and paid $40,000.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko later met Babchenko and wrote triumphantly on Facebook that ‘millions of people are celebrating’ the journalist’s new lease of life.

The planned attack was ‘organised from Russian territory’ with the aim of ‘destabilising the situation in Ukraine’ and ‘killing one whom Russia fears most of all’, he said.

‘Thanks to Arkady and the Ukrainian security chiefs, for not allowing this scenario to be carried out in our country.’

Anton Guerachtchenko, an adviser to Ukraine’s interior minister, likened the plot to a story from a crime novel, saying on Facebook that ‘Sherlock Holmes successfully used the method of staging his own death to efficiently solve complicated crimes’.

In this video grab made on May 30, 2018 from a YouTube video posted by Ukraine's security service (SBU), officers arrest the alleged mastermind of an alleged Russian plot designed to kill prominent Russian anti-Kremlin journalist, war correspondent and former soldier Arkady Babchenko whose death from three gunshots to the back was announced less than 24 hours before he finally appeared alive and well at a press conference on May 30 as Ukraine admitted it had faked his death in order to foil an attempt on his life by Moscow. / AFP PHOTO / Ukraine's security service AND YOUTUBE / - / RESTRICTED TO EDITORIAL USE - MANDATORY CREDIT "AFP PHOTO / YOUTUBE / UKRAINE'S SECURITY SERVICE" - NO MARKETING NO ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS - DISTRIBUTED AS A SERVICE TO CLIENTS-/AFP/Getty Images

But Moscow, later Wednesday, condemned the plot, with the foreign ministry saying ‘now the true motives are beginning to be revealed for this staging, which is totally obviously yet another anti-Russian provocation’.

Foreign ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said it was ‘great news’ that Babchenko was alive but on Twitter she slammed the ‘propagandistic effect’ of the set-up.

Grytsak, during his press conference, thanked Babchenko and his family, who he said were in the loop about the secret operation. The reporter, however, apologised to his wife for putting her through ‘this hell she had to live through for three days…but there was no other option’.

He later defiantly promised on Twitter to ‘die at 96 after dancing on Putin’s grave’. ‘God, it got so boring being dead,’ he wrote. ‘Good morning.’

Arkady Babchenko's body

News of the ‘death’ of the prominent Russian war correspondent and former soldier set off a series of recriminations between Kiev and Moscow, and pictures and flowers were laid by mourners at the Russian embassy in Kiev.

Ukrainian officials led by Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman accused Russia of being behind the killing of the Kremlin critic, a charge that Moscow batted back.

Reporters Without Borders also condemned the faked death. ‘It is pathetic and regrettable that the Ukrainian police have played with the truth, whatever their motive… for the stunt,’ Christophe Deloire, the head of the Paris-based media watchdog, told AFP.

And Russian investigative journalist Andrei Soldatov, a former colleague of Babchenko, also questioned the value of the operation. ‘To me, it’s crossing a line big time. Babchenko is a journalist not a policeman, for Christ sake, and part of our job is trust, whatever Trump & Putin say about fake news,’ he wrote on Twitter.

‘I’m glad he is alive, but he undermined even further the credibility of journalists and the media,’ he added.

A number of Kremlin critics have been killed in Ukraine in recent years, with one gunned down on a Kiev street in broad daylight and another whose car exploded.

Babchenko fought in Russia’s two Chechen campaigns in the 1990s and early 2000s before becoming a war correspondent and author. He repeatedly said he faced death threats.

He has contributed to a number of media outlets including top opposition newspaper Novaya Gazeta and is an avid blogger, accusing Russian authorities of killing Kremlin critics and unleashing wars in Ukraine, Syria and elsewhere.

He wrote about his experience as a young soldier in the Chechen campaigns in a book published in English under the title ‘One Soldier’s War’. Babchenko left Russia in February 2017 after receiving threats, living first in the Czech Republic, then in Israel, before moving to Kiev.

He has hosted a programme on the Crimean Tatar TV station ATR for the past year. Babchenko made a name for himself with his poignant reportages from the frontlines, including the conflict in eastern Ukraine that has killed more than 10,000 people.

In recent years his increasingly bombastic posts pushed the boundaries of good taste and some of his colleagues and followers stopped reading him on Facebook.

Drake issues statement on blackface picture made viral by Pusha T

by , in

Drake has issued a statement on the picture of him in blackface used by Pusha T on his new single artwork.

Ramping up the feud between the two rappers, Pusha T dropped a new diss track, The Story of Adinon, which he accompanied with cover art showing Drizzy, 31, wearing blackface and a Jim Crow t-shirt.

The picture was taken as a part of a shoot by photographer David Leyes, with the image being removed from his website gallery following the image going viral with Pusha T’s diss track.

It was claimed that the shoot was done in association with the brand Too Black Guys, with Drake previously wearing clothes from the label’s ‘Jim Crow Couture’ range.

However, Drake has now broken his silence on the photo, and explained the concept behind the shoot.

In a note shared to his Instagram story, the Nice For What star wrote: ‘I know everyone is enjoying the circus but I want to clarify this image in question. This was not from a clothing brand shoot or my music career. This picture is from 2007, a time in my life where I was an actor and I was working on a project that was about young black actors struggling to get roles, being stereotyped and typecast.

Drake statement on blackface
‘The photos represented how African Americans were once wrongfully portrayed in entertainment. Me and my best friend at the time Mazin Elsadig who is also an actor from Sudan were attempting to use our voice to bring awareness to the issues we dealt with all the time as black actors at auditions.

‘This was to highlight and raise our frustrations with not always getting a fair chance in the industry and to make a point that the struggle for black actors had not changed much.’

While Drake addressed the blackface issue, he has not yet commented on Pusha T’s claims that the Canadian rapper fathered a son with an ex.

Rape crisis hit out at Germaine Greer for saying ‘rape is just bad sex’

by , in

Rape Crisis has hit out at Germaine Greer for saying that rape is just ‘bad sex’ and that rapists should have ‘R’ tattooed on their cheek instead of being jailed.

The charity said the comments, made at Hay Literary Festival, ‘do nothing to improve justice or reduce sexual violence’.

Greer, who was raped at a party days before she turned 19, also said that most rape doesn’t ‘involve any injury whatsoever’.

Katie Russell, as a spokesperson for Rape Crisis England & Wales: ‘If penetrating another person’s body without their consent is not an act of violence, what is?

‘Rape is an inherently violent crime, regardless of whether visible external injuries are sustained.

‘Through our 40+ years’ frontline experience of listening to and supporting women and girls who’ve been raped, we know it often has long-lasting and wide-ranging impacts, including post-traumatic stress symptoms and Disorder.

‘Many of those we work with don’t identify as victims or ‘rapees’ but as survivors, of an horrific and unjust experience but one that they choose not to let define them.

‘But they have undoubtedly been victims of a very serious crime and we use each individual’s preferred language to talk about what they’ve been through.

Rape crisis hit out at Germaine Greer for saying 'rape is just bad sex’

‘Regardless of how those who’ve been raped identify, we listen to, believe, support and respect them.

‘The criminal justice system already routinely lets them down.

‘Reducing sentences or declassifying crimes would do nothing to improve justice or reduce sexual violence.’

During her appearance at the festival, Greer told an audience: ‘We are told it’s one of the most violent crimes in the world – bullshit.’

She went on: ‘Most rape is just lazy, just careless, just insensitive. ‘Every time a man rolls over on his exhausted wife and insists on enjoying his conjugal right, he is raping her.

It will never end up in a court of law. ‘Instead of thinking of rape as a spectacularly violent crime – and some rapes are – think about it as non-consensual, that is, bad sex.

‘Sex where there is no communication, no tenderness, no mention of love.’

In March this year, Greer was accused of victim-blaming after calling alleged victims of Harvey Weinstein ‘career rapees’.

She also said the #MeToo movement had not been effective: ‘I don’t actually think it’s gone too far, I don’t think its got anywhere at all.

What we need is to sort out the law regarding rape and to sort out our concept of what it is. ‘It’s pointless now bringing up this stuff when most of it no action can be taken. Why wait 20 years?’

Germaine Greer's controversial statements Other statements made during her Today programme appearance:
Allegations ‘wreck lives’: ‘The amount of legal muscle that will be used to defend these people is massive and I’m concerned for damage limitation rather than maximasation.

‘Rather than wrecking people’s lives, so they become career rapees.’

Non-disclosure agreements: ‘Some [alleged victims] have been paid six figure sums in the form of non-disclosure agreements.

‘That’s a dishonorable thing to accept and it’s not something you should boast about.’

#MeToo doesn’t work: ‘I don’t actually think it’s gone too far, I don’t think its got anywhere at all.

‘What we need is to sort out the law regarding rape and to sort out our concept of what it is.’

Historic allegations ‘pointless’: ‘It’s pointless now bringing up this stuff when most of it no action can be taken.

‘Why wait 20 years?’

What she would have done: ‘I wouldn’t have been sitting around being quiet and keeping a secret.’
