Drake is going full on Jamaican now that he is dating Jamaican beauty, Malaika Terry.

Drake was spotted out in Toronto on Wednesday with the Jamaican model by his side and a legion of bodyguards. Even in his hometown Drizzy still pulls a large crowd of onlookers when he rolled through the streets. Fans lined up to get a glimpse of the famous rapper and his gorgeous new girlfriend. Urban Islandz ever so reliable OVO sources told us that they recently started seeing each other and he is fond of her.

“They recently started hanging out it’s nothing serious yet man but she is a real one I can tell you that… beautiful inside out,” sources said. Drake loves him some island girls because this is not the first time he is dating a Jamaica after previously hooked up with Maliah Michel.

The 6 God also famously dated Caribbean beauty, Rihanna, before she broke up with him in 2016 and has since moved on to a Saudi billionaire businessman.

Rihanna did an interview with Vogue magazine where she revealed that she and Drake are no longer friends, but they are not enemies either. She also opened up about the night at the 2016 MTV VMAs when the rapper professed his love for her and then tried to kiss her saying that she felt uncomfortable being in that moment.

“Waiting through that speech was probably the most uncomfortable part,” she said. “I don’t like too many compliments; I don’t like to be put on blast.” After making that statement, Drake unfollowed Rihanna on Instagram and Twitter so clearly, he catches some feelings.

The Toronto rapper has a strong Jamaican contingent around him including one of his producers. Almost his entire Views album was made up of dancehall music and over the past few years, he drew a lot of inspirations from Jamaican music and culture.

President Trump’s nominee for CIA director, Gina Haspel was confirmed today by the Senate, with help from several Democrats who backed the nomination despite concerns over her role in post-9/11-era interrogation and detention practices.  

The Senate voted 54-45 to confirm Haspel, with a handful of Democrats voting in support. The vote came a day after Haspel was recommended in a 10-5 vote by the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Haspel will be the first woman to lead the agency. She will replace now-Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, served as the base chief at a black-site prison in Thailand in 2002, where techniques such as waterboarding were used on terror suspects. But Republican supporters accused Democrats of politicizing her nomination, and initially trying to derail an otherwise highly qualified nominee.  

At her confirmation hearing last week, Democrats grilled her on her views on what they deemed torture, as well as objecting to what they saw as the CIA’s selective declassification about information on her. She was also questioned at length about the 2005 destruction of more than 92 interrogation tapes a move she said she supported to ensure the safety of CIA agents. Haspel refused to criticize her colleagues and superiors for their conduct during what she called a “tumultuous time,” but said the CIA under her watch would not resume such techniques. She also defended her own conduct.  

“After 9/11 … I stepped up. I was not on the sidelines, I was on the frontlines in the Cold War and I was on the frontlines in the fight against Al Qaeda,” she said in response to a question from Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore.

Haspel’s confirmation had been in question after Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., later joined by Sen. Jeff Flake, R-Ariz., said he would not vote for her.

50 Cent is claiming that Teairra Mari is only suing him because she wants it to be a part of her Love and Hip Hop storyline.

The Love and Hip Hop Hollywood star is suing 50 Cent and her ex-boyfriend Akbar for revenge porn and Lisa Bloom is representing her. Bloom says the rapper repost the leaked photos on his Instagram account two weeks ago even after she deleted them from her page. Teairra Mari is blaming her now ex-boyfriend Akbar for leaking the embarrassing photos and video.

50 Cent is clearly in the mood for some trolling, but this time he is calling out Love and Hip Hop producer Mona Scott-Young. “LOL Mona like yeah we got the Lawyer on love in hip hop, film this sh*t. get the strap,” 50 wrote on IG.

“l have a unscripted show idea Thats gonna blow you away, now that I’m being pulled into a reality show’s story line. LOL get the strap,” the G-Unit rapper added. 50 Cent himself is a hugely successful film producer with a long list of movies and TV shows success under his belt including one of the most popular TV shows on premium TV Power.

All of this makes for good promotion for his upcoming album and the premiere of the new season of Power on Starz. So it’s safe to say that 50 Cent is not only unbothered by the threats of a lawsuit, but he is also milking the free press that he is getting.

50 Cent has a history of getting sued for revenge porn. Two years ago he had to file for bankruptcy after losing a multimillion-dollar lawsuit to Rick Ross baby mama for posting a leaked video of her doing to dirty. Seems Fiddy has not learned his lessons about posting leaked content. Perhaps he consulted his attorney first before posting the photo. Let’s see where this one goes.
