Eva Longoria is expecting her first child with husband Jose ‘Pepe’ Baston and celebrated in the best way possible – a PJ-themed baby shower.
The actor had a baby shower prepping for the arrival of her baby boy with the themed shower on Saturday at Lombardi House in Los Angeles.
Eva wore a strapless white dress and was glowing – in pictures before and during the party – but at the end of her baby shower, she was left emotional as Pepe surprised her.

The beautiful moment, which caused Eva to stand up excitedly to greet her man, was caught by Melanie Griffith.
‘Pepe surprised Eva at the baby shower!’ Griffith captioned the video. ‘Such beautiful love. Soul mates. ‘Happiness, connection, love, all is right in their world. True love!!’
Then she joked that she needed to pee badly – probably because there is a whole baby sitting on her bladder – and we couldn’t help but laugh at the warm-hearted pregnancy joke.
The party’s guest list was pretty star-studded as Eva’s Desperate Housewives co-star Marcia Cross was joined by the likes of Sophia Bush, Elizabeth Banks and Roselyn Sanchez.
This is Eva’s first child, but she is step-mother to Pepe’s three children from a previous marriage.
The party comes after the Time’s Up co-founder dedicated her Walk of Fame star to women and Latino communities.
The philanthropist was joined by speakers Anna Faris, Felicity Huffman and Ricky Martin, as well as her best friend Victoria Beckham, at the Los Angeles ceremony on 16 April.
‘I feel like I’m still a little girl from Corpus Christi, Texas, who had a really big dream,’ she said to fans as she accepted the star; at one point she was seen wiping away tears.
‘I just want to say as a woman and a Latina I represent a lot of communities and I want to tell all those communities that this isn’t my star this is our star.’
Among her activism, Longoria was one of the leading Hollywood women to launch the Time’s Up initiative in the wake of the Harvey Weinstein scandal.
