Remember a couple of months ago news broke that Blac Chyna’s assistant suffered a seizure in Chyna’s salon? Well, her assistant’s family is reportedly planning on taking legal action against Chyna as they prepare to take her off life support, according to page six
A source close to Lorena “Patty” Hernandez told the publication that Hernandez had a “third brain bleed” and “was pronounced brain dead on Monday.”
Her husband is planning on suing Chyna for allegedly abusing his wife and not providing her with worker’s compensation.
Chyna had previously said that she was looking out for Hernandez’ children, but according to Page Six’s source, that was an alternative fact. Apparently all she did was spread the word and “reach out to her baby daddies.” The source even claims that Chyna only visted Hernandez in the hospital once, and that was only “to tell the doctors and everyone not to give out any information to anybody.”
“When I got there they didn’t even want to give me information because she gave them the order not to say anything,” the source said. “After that she never came back.”
The source claims that the family is planning on taking Hernandez off of life support Thursday.
“She’s still on life support because her husband decided to donate her organs because they were completely healthy so that she can give the gift of life to other families,” the source explained. “They’re finding the recipients now so tomorrow they’re going to take the organs.”
