The footballer, 26, was assisted by his stunning 22-year-old girlfriend as he hobbled down the red carpet on crutches, following his surgery to fix his fractured foot.
Bruna looked incredible as she slipped her model physique into a cream beaded jumpsuit, which came complete with a sheer train that was adorned with delicate pearls.
The semi-sheer jumpsuit clung to the starlet's trim physique and exposed her toned back with its low-cut design.
She styled her long brunette tresses in lightly-tousled waves and accentuated her striking features with a brown smoky eye, bronzed cheeks and a slick of red lipstick.
The pair most recently called it quits in June last year, reportedly because the footballer had asked his on-off-girlfriend of five years to marry him.
However it was claimed the soap actress did not want to jeopardise her career and turned the heartbroken player down.
When asked if a reconciliation was possible at the end of 2017, Neymar did not hesitate to gush of his love for Bruna.
He said: 'Yes I would go back with her. This would be controversial I know. But I have a lot of affection for her, I like her a lot. Who knows what tomorrow holds?'
