She confirmed her widely-discussed pregnancy over the weekend.
Yet Cardi B is not letting her baby news confine her to the house as she was spotted on a raucous night out to launch her new record, Gold Album at NYC's Moxy Hotel.
The 25-year-old rapper, who is expecting the tot with fiancé Offset, looked sensational in the bold blue ensemble which featured an eye-popping blue bra beneath a striped silk ensemble to display her cleavage and mask her bump.
Cardi nailed maternity style as she wrapped up in the pyjama-inspired two-piece complete with blue, black and white stripes with delicate patterns.
While the kimono-style top seemed to be designed to feature a top underneath, the hitmaker stuck to her tried-and-tested style by wearing just a lace trimmed bra.
She wore her sleek brunette tresses in tumbling lengths down her back while parted in the centre to best frame her stunning and perfectly made-up features.
Adding to her dramatic look was her false nails, which featured an incredibly long length and blinged-up adornments.
She was joined by a host of pals including Ne-Yo, who was naturally wearing his favoured hat, while also rocking a loose-fitting grey scarf.
Just days before, Cardi hosted a special episode of MTV's Total Request Live, where she delivered a characteristically empowering message, by announcing: 'I can really do it all. I'm the most hard working b**** I ever met.'
The former stripper embraced the massive crowd and took questions from the studio audience.
She remained tight-lipped when discussing her meeting with Beyonce and Jay-Z, explaining: 'I don't wanna have a Tiffany Haddish moment. When I meet artists, I like to say I met them and it was nice.'
The Bodak Yellow chart-topper also discussed her pregnancy, which she revealed on Saturday Night Live just days ago.
'It feels good. It feels a little bit overwhelming,' said Cardi. 'I kind of wanted it more for myself but it was kind of hard to hide it. I'm just excited…It's a different chapter in my life, and my family's life, and scary.'
There were a number of surprise cameos throughout the special event, including video messages from both DJ Khaled and J Balvin.
Charlamagne Tha God delivered a cake to the rapper, while ThesePinkLips designer Iris Bonner gave Bardi a painting.
'All these trap artists that I've met that are taking over the Latin market, they are so humble and they're thanking me,' Cardi told the crowd. 'No, I'm thanking you!'
