Travis Scott got swindled of $70k on a lambo that was never exicted...according to new lawsuit.
Thou Travis sued Richard Martinez, VIP services and Jorge Maldonado claiming they were all in cahoots to swindle him such amount of cash. In docs obtained from TMZ, Travis wanted to buy a 2015 Lamborghini Huracan from Maldonado, who hired Martinez and his VIP services to broker the deal.
Travis said he trusted Martinez because he claimed to have broker-deal dozens of deals for high-profile figures, including the Kardashians. But to close the deal, Travis claims Martinez told him to send a $70k deposit, which he did, but months went and there was no Lamborghini to show.
Rapper Travis suspects Maldonaldo connived with Martinez to scam him, so he is suing both of them to return his money back.
