The singer/actress and the retired baseball player paid $15.316 million for a 4,000 square foot apartment in New York City, according to The Wall Street Journal.
Jennifer and Alex's new property features sweeping views of Central Park and the New York City skyline.
The Journal reveals that the deal closed last month.
The massive apartment has three bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths.
According to the website, residents of the exclusive building have access to a 75-foot indoor pool, a private restaurant, a lounge, a screening room and a fitness center.
New York Daily News' source says the lovebirds are doing renovations on the property.
The couple's purchase comes as Jennifer put her own penthouse on the market.
Jennifer's previous home in the Big Apple is a two-story penthouse; she listed it for sale at the price of $26.95 million.
The mother of two originally purchased the massive unit for $20.161 million in 2014.

Jennifer is worth approximately $360 million, having brought in $38 million last year, according to Forbes via New York Daily News.
Forbes revealed after Alex retired from baseball in 2017, he had estimated earnings of $480 million.
Jennifer is currently in residency at Las Vegas' Planet Hollywood; she is set to conclude the two-year deal in September 2018.
The Jenny From The Block artist is mom to two kids with her ex husband Marc Anthony: 10-year-old twins Emme and Max.
Alex has two daughters from his former marriage with Cynthia Scurtis: Natasha, 13, and Ella, nine.
