Travis Scott Sues Dealership For Swindling Him Out of $70k

Travis Scott got swindled of $70k on a lambo that was never exicted...according to new lawsuit.

Thou Travis sued Richard Martinez, VIP services and Jorge Maldonado claiming they were all in cahoots to swindle him such amount of cash. In docs obtained from TMZ, Travis wanted to buy a 2015 Lamborghini Huracan from Maldonado, who hired Martinez and his VIP services to broker the deal.

Travis said he trusted Martinez because he claimed to have broker-deal dozens of deals for high-profile figures, including the Kardashians. But to close the deal, Travis claims Martinez told him to send a $70k deposit, which he did, but months went and there was no Lamborghini to show.

Rapper Travis suspects Maldonaldo connived with Martinez to scam him, so he is suing both of them to return his money back.

Nicki Minaj fans are shading Cardi B for allegedly using ghostwriters on her new single "Be Careful"

Cardi B who dropped her latest track from her upcoming debut album "Invasion Of Privacy" on Friday. The album will be out next week Friday-6th April.

From the lyrics of the song "Be Careful" the Bronx rapper rips her boyfriend to pieces over his cheating allegations. Thou the track have been getting a lot of attention but Nicki Minaj fans are trying to take away Cardi 's shine.

Thou some of Nicki fans dugged a video of Jordan Thorpe on rapping the same lyrics of the song "Be Careful" word for word, same exact beat, same exact lyrics.

A fan asked Cardi B 'Can you address why Jordan Thorpe was already rapping "Be Careful" on her IG last year?

"Cardi B's ghostwriter who forgot to delete the video of him rapping "Be Careful" in the studio a year ago off his instagram. er own ghostwriter mistakenly exposes her for not writing her own music" another fan lament.

Seems Jordan Thorpe is not really a ghostwriter since he was listed on the songs's credits as a writer along with more than a dozen other names.

He is also a member of Cardi B’s team and has been working closely with her to develop her sound.

Cardi B new album Invasion Of Privacy is in no time a week away from release and Nicki Minaj’s forthcoming LP is not far behind. The two ladies are currently the two top female MCs in the game and their fans and the media have put them against each other from the start. The big question now is which of these two female rappers will drop the better album this year.

Cardi B has been pushing back against accusations that she is waiting on Nicki Minaj to drop first before dropping her first LP. Now it’s clear that she will be first out the gate.

Brooklyn rapper Fabolous Punched Emily B Seven Times, She Lost Two Front Teeth

The domestic violence allegations against Fabolous is very serious. According to the authorities, the Brooklyn rapper punched his baby mama, Emily B, seven times and threatened her family.

According to court documents, Fab hit Emily B hard enough that she lost her two front teeth.

Reports according to NorthJersey:

Englewood Police said in a statement the rapper, whose real name is John Jackson, turned himself in at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday on a domestic dispute and making terroristic threat charge. He was released from police custody.

Court documents show the alleged crime stemmed from an earlier incident on March 7, when Jackson while in Los Angeles on a business trip “became enraged” when he found out via Instagram the victim was also in Los Angeles.

According to an affidavit of probable cause, while on a flight back from Los Angeles, the victim told police that Jackson, 40, said via text he wanted to hit her in the head with a baseball bat and that he would kill her but he “did not want to go out like that.” The victim told police she was scared because of the March 7 incident. The victim was later punched by Jackson seven times in the face “causing severe damage to her two front teeth.” She ended up losing her two front teeth, according to court documents.

Reportedly, Emily B aka Emily Bustamente called her father to come remove a pair of handguns from her home. Fab allegedly came home and after he couldn’t find the guns, told Emily, her brother and father that he had a bullet for them. Thus, the terroristic threat charge.

Superstar Terminator actor underwent a procedure to replace a catheter valve at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles on Thursday. A Rep from the former Gov of California confirmed he is awake following the surgery and is 'in good spirits'. Sharing the update on his twitter account, Daniel Ketchell told his followers. Update: @Schwarzenegger is awake and his first words were actually "i'm back', so he is in good spirits'.

‘The 1997 replacement valve was never meant to be permanent, and has outlived its life expectancy, so he finaly chose to replace it yesterday through a less-invasive catheter valve replacement.

‘Governor Schwarzenegger’s pulmonic valve was successfully replaced and he is currently recovering from the surgery and is in stable condition. We want to thank the entire medical team for their tireless efforts.’

But now fans are speculating The Weekend may have offered to give ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez one of his kidneys, after reading into the lyrics of his latest song.

Kim Kardashian posts unexpected TGIF throwback snap of Kris Jenner and Caitlyn

They have had a fractious relationship with Caitlyn Jenner as of late.

And Kim Kardashian had fans shaking their head with confusion when she posted a TGIF message to Instagram on Friday, albeit a somewhat bizarre one.

The 37-year-old reality queen's share depicted her mother Kris Jenner sitting in a bubble bath, playfully blowing bubbles at a pre-transition Caitlyn, who at the time was her husband Bruce.

He sits on the edge of the bath in a burgundy and navy blue satin robe, and holds a champagne flute.

Of course Bruce would later separate from Kris and transition into Caitlyn.

Her very short caption read simply, 'TGIF' which of course stands for 'thank God it's Friday.'

The unexpected throwback snap definitely caught many fans off guard, and they quickly filled the comments section with numerous questions about the mysterious post.

Kendall Jenner counter-suing a photographer "You Waste My Time ... I MAKE YOU PAY!!!"

Kendall Jenner hates her time and money being wasted, so she's trying to make the guy who sued her pay a hefty price -- but he's fighting back with a brand new lawsuit.

Kendall's company filed docs asking a judge to make photographer Al Pereira fork over $22k to cover her cost for needlessly defending what she calls a "frivolous" lawsuit. According to TMZ who broke the story ... Pereira sued Kendall's co., alleging she jacked his Tupac and Biggie images and slapped them on a shirt with her face superimposed

She apologized and removed all the shirts from her online store, and claimed although only 1 shirt was sold, Pereira got greedy and wanted $25k to "put this matter to rest."

Here's the weird part -- he later dropped the lawsuit against Kendall, only to refile it on Friday ... but now he's going after Canada Inc., the company KJ says makes the shirts.

Team Kendall calls Pereira's lawyer a "troll" who's filed more than 450 copyright infringement lawsuits since 2015 to make a quick buck.

Kendall would love to discourage him to the tune of $22,000.
