LIAM Payne is apparently selling his Los Angeles home he shared with Cheryl during her pregnancy.
The solo singer and One Direction star is said to be selling the luxury pad for £9.8 million ($13.9million) amid rumoured relationship woes with Cheryl, according to the Mail Online.
The former X Factor judge apparently spent time at the mansion when pregnant with the pair's 11-month-old son Bear back in 2016.
he 9,659 square-foot property is located in the luxurious Calabasas region.
It features is own spa, a vineyard, a meditation centre and an 'outdoor living room' with a kitchen and BBQ area.
The house also comes with a home cinema and games room, complete with pool table, table football and arcade machine.
As well as the main house, the property also includes two large guest houses and a guard house for security staff.
It is short drive away from the sandy beaches of Malibu.
Liam reportedly bought the mansion for £8 million back in 2015.
The move from Liam comes as it's claimed the pair's relationship is "strained" as they struggle to juggle parenthood and living in different time zones, amid Liam's busy promotional activities for his music.
There is also a ten-year age gap between 34-year-old Cheryl and Liam, 24.
The speculation hasn't dampened despite the fact that the couple put on a united front at the BRIT Awards earlier this month.
They were seen holdings hands and cuddling up to each other as they posed on the red carpet at the musical event.
Former Girls Aloud star Cheryl event turned things saucy as she joked about their sex life during a live chat with host Jack Whitehall.
The Geordie star also hit out on her Twitter account the day after the awards in a rant over the speculation.
She told her 6.41 million followers: "Oh stop, no one cares who's been speculatively arguing or not in their relationships.
"Use your platform to put something productive in your columns. I opened a centre this week that could help thousands of youth!"
She then added: "Oh and your 'stunt' theories are just ludicrous and a bit weird."
