A man named Tony Toutouni has filed a lawsuit against a model for sexual assault — against his dog, Hef.

According to TMZ, the suit describes a photoshoot at Toutouni's home in which Instagram model Deyana Mounira "began sensually playing with Hef; arousing Hef by playing with his genitals and masturbating him."

Toutoni is "Instagram famous" — he's friends with the infamous Dan Bilzerian if that tells you anything — and claims Mounira was exploiting the dog on camera for views.

In the suit, he says Mounira agreed not to post the photos or video online, but she did anyway.

That much is legit — they're there right now. See for yourself (below)!

But is Toutoni really that bothered by the images being online?

Because he ALSO posted the vid, although with a different angle:

Wouldn't he just be trying to get the vid taken down if that was what he wanted?

Instead, he's asking for $1.5 million in damages for emotional distress.

Thanks to YouTube and some quick-thinking, a new mother from Nashville, Tennesee, was able to deliver her own baby when she was alone in a hotel room as she traveled overseas.

Tia Freeman — who has been computer specialist in the U.S. Air Force for four years — says she didn’t know she was pregnant until she had already reached the third trimester of her pregnancy. Because she didn’t gain much weight and her birth control had changed her menstruating schedule, Freeman didn’t suspect a thing until January when she noticed her belly had become round.

“I came out of the shower one day, walking past the mirror, and I noticed my stomach was, like, really round,” Freeman tells PEOPLE. “I had been gaining a little weight, but I didn’t gain much, maybe 20 pounds. But I noticed it started to round out more — and I was like, dear god, I really hope I’m not pregnant.”

A week later, she took the test, and, she was actually pregnant.

Not realizing just how close she was to her due date and having already booked an expensive two-week trip to Germany a month later, Freeman figured she might still be able to go and make it back in time.

“It didn’t turn out that way,” Freeman says, while laughing

While on her layover flight to Instanbul, where she would stay for 17 hours before catching a plane to Germany, Freeman started to get cramps midflight. Because she’s a vegetarian and had some salmon for a meal on the flight, she figured her body wasn’t used to the food and figured that was what she was feeling. Freeman tried to sleep her discomfort away, but once she woke up as the plane readied to make its landing, the cramps had intensified. That’s when it hit her that it may not be food poisoning after all.

After Googling, “how do you know you’re in labor” and experiencing continual contractions as she made it to her hotel, Freeman realized that she was soon about to meet her baby.

“My cramps are coming back to back, and by then I knew they weren’t cramps — they were contractions,” she recalls. “And then I’m like, well, what do I do?”

Considering she was in an unfamiliar country where most people don’t speak English and she didn’t know how quickly the baby would be coming, Freeman opted to take things into her own hands.

“I pull out my phone and I go on YouTube and I legitimately type in, ‘How to deliver a baby’, and whatever the first video was, that’s what I went with,” she says. “At that point, my adrenaline and my instincts started to take over, and I wasn’t thinking about anything, I was in auto-pilot — read the directions, do what it says, do not deviate from the plan!”

She filled the hotel bathtub with warm water, grabbed two towels — one to bite on, and another to place the baby in—and got ready to push. After just a few minutes (and a lot of excruciating pain), Freeman’s son was in her hands.

“The pain of the contractions paled in comparison to the splitting open of my body that actual labor was!” Freeman recalls. “But I think that’s one of the main reasons I got through this, I was so focused on the task at hand, I didn’t have time to panic.”

But there was still more to do, and lots to Google.

Freeman quickly sterilized her pocketknife and used it to cut the umbilical cord after finding a WikiHow page through Google, then breastfed her newborn, cleaned up the bathroom, and went to sleep a mother.

But Freeman would need all of the energy she could get the following day, as airport workers pressed her for documentation on the new baby boy that she didn’t have when she arrived just a day earlier. After visiting the U.S. embassy and getting her son appropriate paperwork (and proving she wasn’t carrying a random baby), Freeman went to the hospital to get a check up on the baby. She stayed in Turkey for another two weeks to rest and prepare the baby for the flight back home.

“When I told my family, they were all understandably shocked!” Freeman says of when she broke the news to loved ones. “They were people who saw me the day before I went into labor that had no clue I was pregnant. They were all shocked, but super excited.

Freeman says she is enjoying her first month as a mom, and that she and her baby—who she named Xavier—are doing well.

“We’re finally getting situated — and he’s finally getting used to the time schedule! It took him a little while,” she says. “But we’re doing really good, we’re back home surrounded by family and love.”

You’re probably thinking – yo, goober, where are the dudes? Well, Drake placed 29th, as the only guy to make the list.

The site has proffered said list was inspired by the ‘Beauty’ list ran by People (topped by Pink this year, who also made YouPorn’s list), and they’ve remodelled it to show how the stars performed on their site. Well, not performed on YouPorn, but you know what we mean… The site put the list together based on the popularity among their users and ranked it by their daily search volumes and it turned out pundits also searched in big numbers for the likes of Olivia Wilde, Serene Williams, Zendaya, Jennifer Aniston, Amy Schumer and Maisie Williams, to name a few. We’re not all that sure just what people are hoping to find by typing in these celebs in the porn search bar, but each to their own, we guess…

Wendy Williams went harder than ever on Kanye West Thursday morning, diving into his Twitter behavior and appearance right at the top of her show.

Despite saying she finds the whole situation "very boring," she proceeded to rail on the rapper for the first 9 minutes of her show, criticizing his weight and wife Kim Kardashian for standing by him

"I thought I was going to be able to avoid talking about him today because we've talked about him so much, but I think the verdict is in: he's lost his mind," she began. "What more to say?"

So much more.

"I find his rants and his tweeting and behavior very boring. I really wish he would get help," she continued. "When I say lose your mind, I'm not talking about how we all lose our minds at some particular point. I'm talking about 5150." That comment was met with laughs from the studio audience.

She then showed a recent photo of West wearing a MAGA hat, but it wasn't the hat that caught her eye.

"Now look honey, this is not just the usual weight. Look, he's got the fatty knock knees, which run in my family, so welcome to the club," she said, before pulling out a pointer to pick apart his body. "He needs a breast reduction. His belly is ... ew, just slovenly. You look worse than Rob [Kardashian] on Rob's worst day. Forget the idea that he's wearing the Make America Great Again, we all want America to be great again, I'm talking about the neck down. What a mess."

"This is the picture that keeps on giving," she said later in the show. "You never even knew he had the body to get that big all over like that. At least Rob gained his in the belly and the booty. [Kanye] blew up like a woman. You know how hard you have to eat to get the this as a man?"

Williams also reacted to Kim Kardashian calling out anyone who said her husband had "mental health" issues. "Mental health is no joke and the media needs to stop spitting that out so casually. Bottom line," she tweeted.

"We didn't label him, he labeled himself. What are you talking about?!" said Wendy. "She loves him, she's sticking by him ... ok, uh huh, has someone taken away his driver's license?"

"Do you trust that behind the wheel? I wouldn't let him be alone with the children, I wouldn't let him drive in the car with the children unless someone else was driving," she added.

Williams then said that West is surrounded by enablers and has "nobody in his world to pull him back."

"Look, I've been around long enough to know sometimes the people around you would rather see you dumb, so they can use you for everything they can get for you and then leave you on the side of the street," she said in conclusion. "There's a fine line between artistry and insanity, he's to me crossed the line. He's in danger. Danger, Will Robinson, I'm done."

Khloé Kardashian and her brother Rob Kardashian may have an unbreakable bond now, but she still remembers the days when they were squabbling siblings in the backseat of a car.

In a post titled “Why Rob and I Are So Close” shared Thursday on her website and app, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star opened up about the tight relationship she has with her younger brother — and the moment she accidentally knocked out his tooth during an argument.

“Robert and I were always paired together, but because we are the opposite sex, I think we fought a lot more than the others,” Khloé, 33, wrote about her 31-year-old brother, who is dad to 17-month-old daughter Dream Kardashian.

“One time, Rob and I were in the backseat of the car, fighting the entire drive to Medieval Times — practically an hour and a half. We were fighting, whining and bickering, and I ended up hitting him in the face and knocking out his tooth,” she continued

Reflecting on the moment, the new mother said, “there was blood everywhere.”

“My dad’s friend was babysitting us, so needless to say this was quite the car ride for her. We still went to Medieval Times, but my dad definitely made me pay for it when it when I got home,” she wrote. “Poor Rob! 😩”

Chrissy Teigen wanted to know if pal Kim Kardashian was still up for dinner this week after John Legend and Kanye West clashed on Twitter over the rapper's support or Trump.

Chrissy and Kim have been close for years and they regularly enjoy double dinner dates with John and Kanye.

Shortly after Kanye shared screenshots of Legend's text messages to him about the US president, pregnant Chrissy hilariously tweeted Kim: "Are we still doing dinner on Friday or no lol."

The reality star replied: "Yes but maybe no phones."
