Nigerians slam Wizkid for missing his Coachella performance

“We are sorry to announce that Wizkid is unable to make it into the country to join us this weekend but will be performing next weekend,” Coachella announced via Twitter.
The Star Boy act, tweeted about the trouble of getting his band members visas on time for his performance at the music festival.
“Band had some visa issues…I’m upset bt See y’all next week” Wizkid tweeted on Saturday.

Nigerians weren’t having it and have taken to Twitter to slam him. According to some tweets, himself and his team are unserious to have missed such a big show that would have put Nigeria on the map again.

Nollywood actor, Ik Ogbonna’s wife, has recounted how she adapted coming back to Africa when she was two months pregnant with their son, Ace.

According to her, she was hot up till her labour day and had toasters till then. She wrote;

“Dont let them fool you: you can’t be completely prepared for something you have never experienced before. Its normal to panic,get confused and scared. I was too mannnh! Then coming back to Africa with a 2 month old baby, a whole different world,different ways (thats when I really felt differences in culture as well),no family,no friends on my own..Not to mention we literally didn’t have shit. Justin Bieber becomes Coachella hero as he ‘punches man who held woman by the throat’

Justin Bieber has been accused of punching a man in the face after the stranger ‘grabbed a woman by the throat’. The altercation took place at an after-party on Saturday at Coachella being held by Patrick Schwarzenneger, and it is thought that Justin and his friends first tried to talk to the man before Justin hit the man and then pushed him against a wall, which allowed the woman to break free.

Sources at the party told TMZ that the man ‘appeared to be on drugs and it looked as if the woman may have been his ex-girlfriend’. They also claimed that the man told Justin to ‘go f*** yourself’ when Justin became involved and that the man was then thrown out the party. Local police officers arrested him later that evening.
