Eddy Kenzo defeats Davido & Emmanuella at Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Award

Nigerian celebrities Davido and Emmanuella were both defeated at the favourite African star category of the 2018 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards.

They lost to popular Ugandan start by Eddy Kenzo.

The loss came as a shock to many viewers as everyone expected either of the Nigerian entertainers, particularly Emmanuella, to take home the awards owing to their popularity across the world, but the Ugandan singer carried the day.

The Ugandan star took to his Facebook page to share the news of his triumph.

Real name, Edrisa Musuuza, Kenzo is best known for his 2014 song ‘Sitya Loss’. In 2017, he released ‘Sembera Eno’ and ‘Jubilation’, two songs which were big hits in Uganda.

The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Award award ceremony took place in Inglewood, California, US, on Sunday. The winner was determined by voter preferences and other considerations.

Other African stars nominated for the award are Casper Nyovest (South Africa), Caster Somonya (South Africa), Diamond Platnumz (Tanzania), and Eddy Konzo (Uganda).

TBoss allegedly shades her father shortly after photos of his wedding ceremony went viral

Former Big brother Naija 2017 housemate, TBoss appears to be shading her estranged father, Engr. Vincent Idowu, after his recent statements due to his wedding photos going viral.

Recall that we reported yesterday that Engr. Vincent Idowu, a Civil Engineering lecturer at Ambrose Ali University, married a 400 level student of the school.

TBoss shared some photos on her Instagram page which reads ‘some of the most poisonous people come disguised as friends and family’ and it seems like a response to her father.

Recall that a post linked to TBoss’ father, Engr Vincent Idowu earlier today, reads;

”When destiny smiles on someone, he forgets that there is life elsewhere. If I look like a roasted goat on my wedding day, that’s cool but that writer will soon become a resident of a subcity where people with severed limbs, broken bones, amputations, stinking blind and lame reside. THIS IS A PROMISE.

I live a humble, private life and did not intimate TBoss or any of her siblings of my plan to remarry in accordance with my tradition/custom. Furthermore, I did not make public or post anything about my marriage.

I am starting a new beginning and clearing the slate of all the wrong decisions I made in my life. I just want to forget Tokunbor (TBoss) and her siblings and start life afresh for all its worth. If and wherever Tboss and any of her siblings gets married, it shall be without my blessings and woe unto the man or the woman who marries any of them. He had earlier responded to a critic who mentioned that he looked like a roasted goat on his wedding day:

”Ordinarily, I really wouldn’t like to make any comment here knowing how petty and unreasonable most Nigerians are. I am neither a politician, a business mogul nor money ritualist. I am just a humble, comfortable old man.

There was never a time I bragged of my wealth. And I have been a devoted and honest civil servant all my life. So, are Nigerians celebrating wealth or honesty? I am proud that I served my country faithfully and with integrity. I never took one kobo bribe as a Civil Servant and as a lecturer I never took one Kobo for blocking.

Those Nigerians jeering at my simplicity should cover their heads with shame. TBoss and her siblings have their lives and certainly without me. I never asked TBoss for one Kobo and I have never seen Wendy for over 13years though she visits Nigeria regularly in the past 10yrs from Romania.

The last time I saw Tokunbor(TBoss) was in August 2016. Their mother left me on good grounds in 2006. Even God found out that it was not proper for man ( Adam) to live alone so He created Eve to be Adam’s companion. Woe Unto Anyone Who Marries Tokunbo & Her Siblings - Tboss' Father Replies Her Insult With A Curse

Engr. Vincent Idowu, the father of former Big Brother Naija housemate, Tboss Idowu has married for the second time.

This got alot of people talking, accusing him of being a ritualists amongst other things and calling him many names for abandoning his first family; Tboss, her mother and siblings.

He replied the trolls, stating that he is neither of those things they called him. He also clarified that he just wants to start life afresh with his new family and forget Tboss and her siblings whom he has not been in good terms with, despite their mother leaving him in 2006.

Going further, he said if Tboss or any of her siblings get married, it will be without his blessings and woe unto any man or woman who decides to settle down with them.

Davido flaunts girlfriend, Chioma’s cleavage and her customized 30BG Chain

Offset and Cardi B react to woman's claim that her baby is fathered by Offset

A woman named Celina Powell just welcomed a child and she insists Cardi B's fiance Offset is the child's father, but Offset has denied this vehemently and Cardi B is taking his side.

As proof that they had a thing going, Celina shared screenshots of messages exchanged between her and Offset in 2016. She has named the girl Karma Kiari Cephus. Cephus is Offset's last name.

As Offset kept denying being responsible for the child, Celina released more screenshots. Cardi B then waded into the controversy and accused Celina of doctoring the messages using a Fake Chat app but Celina slammed her too.

Pregnant Khloé Kardashian Pays Tribute to Late Dog with Throwback Photo: 'I Miss You Goober'

Khloé Kardashian may be “ready for her baby girl to arrive,” but that doesn’t make losing a furry family member any easier.

The soon-to-be mom, 33, took to Instagram over the weekend to remember her beloved dog Gabbana, who died in January.

“I miss you Goober 😘,” she captioned the throwback photo, featuring the reality star in a bikini making a kiss face at the black Labrador while Gabbana looks back at Kardashian with her tongue out.

Kardashian took custody of Gabbana, then 11, after her mom and stepfather Kris and Caitlyn Jenner (formerly known as Bruce Jenner) split. The pet was originally adopted along with another pup, Dolce, a Chihuahua that was later killed by a coyote

While announcing Gabbana’s death to fans, the reality star shared just how much the dog meant to her.

“She was more than a pet. She was my first child, my companion and my friend,” she wrote on Instagram. “She was incredible! She made sure I was never lonely even during lonely times. The house will never be the same. I never thought I would be this devastated over loosing [sic] a dog but 14 years is a long time together. She filled a significant role in my life and I’m forever grateful. I love you Goober!! I’ll remember you always!”

Her boyfriend Tristan Thompson helped comfort the grieving Kardashian by surprising her with bouquets of roses that were arranged in the shape of a paw print.
