Donald Trump is making moves to ban transgender people from the military ... backing up a pledge he made last summer on Twitter.
The President issued an order Friday to ban transgender troops ... except for under limited circumstances. Trump filed the paperwork in Seattle, and it states ... "persons with a history or diagnosis of gender dysphoria – including individuals who the policies state may require substantial medical treatment, including medications and surgery – are disqualified from military service except under limited circumstances.”
The memo does allow for some leeway in implementing the policy.
As you may recall, Trump ordered the Dept. of Defense to prevent openly transgender people from serving in August 2017 ... about a month after his tweet -- which seemingly came out of nowhere -- declaring transgender people were no longer allowed to serve in the military.

Justin Bieber was smacked from behind in his G-Class Friday night ... and the L.A. County Sheriffs Department got involved.
Bieber was on Sunset Boulevard just before 9 PM in West Hollywood when he was rear-ended by a Range Rover. Law enforcement sources tell us an OnStar system from one of the vehicles alerted them to the crash.
We're told officers stood by while Bieber and the other driver exchanged info ... but cops didn't take a report.
Biber appeared to be alone, but he's recently ditched Selena Gomez and hanging out with Patrick Schwarzenegger's girlfriend, Abby Champion's sister, Baskin.
Sources said there were no injuries in the crash

Nollywood actress, Jojo Charry has revealed in an interview with sunnewsonline why she decided to go nude in her birthday photoshoot that went viral last week and attracting so many criticism on social media.

To be honest, I have always thought of doing a nude photo shoot for a long time. When I was younger, I felt my body was too sexy and it scared me. I was ashamed of my body, it was too grown. Now that I’m older, I saw that it’s a trend; everybody craves to have a sexy body. Even people are paying, some going under the knife to have my kind of body, so why am I covering myself? I had to embrace myself. Like, this is who I am; the body is not going anywhere. It is going to be mine forever.
So, the last time I came to Nigeria, I was like, let me do a nude photo shoot. I love my body just like I love myself. So, I wanted the world to see what I have got in me. However, it’s not like I was totally nude, because I wasn’t showing anything. But Nigerians are taking the matter too seriously. I am not mad at them; I am just enjoying it all. I don’t care. People must talk, complain, regardless of what you do or didn’t do. That’s the kind of world we live in! I just do whatever makes me happy.
He is very supportive of everything that I do as long as it makes me happy and comfortable. He made sure I was ready for the tongue lashing, before I posted those photos.
He was supposed to be there but he couldn’t make it. We actually came down to Nigeria together but he had to go back to the States during the shoot for something urgent.

Swanky asked me all over if I was ready for such a daring shoot, I told him I was; and then we went into action. I was not shy or uncomfortable because it was all professional. It wasn’t a sex scene or something of such, just a nude photo session. They all did their work professionally. I was very confident!

Right at the bottom of the page Zlatan signs his signature alongside a Galaxy Letterhead.
A picture of Ibrahimovic roaring whilstwearing the Galaxy shirt is splashed on the back page of the paper along with the headline "He's hard to ignore".
He also gave an interview to the LA Times, where he is asked whether LA is big enough to contain his personality.
He said: "If it's not, I'll make it bigger.
"After being in Europe, winning 33 trophies, playing in the best teams in the world, playing with the best players in the world, I wanted to come to the US and play my game there.
"I wanted people to enjoy my game there and to win, and I chose the Galaxy to do that."
Ibrahimovic announced yesterday that he would be leaving Old Trafford after a season-and-a-half with United.
When he initially signed first United, he announced the deal by simply posting a picture of the club badge to his social media.
And he got even more creative when he revealed he was returning to the club earlier this season, producing a picture of himself hand wrestling with a red devil.

Lionel Messi has revealed that he did not play in Argentina's win over Italy over injury fears.
Thousands of fans in Manchester were left disappointed when the five-time Ballon d'Or winner was not named in the starting XI for the fixture, which was being played at Manchester City's Etihad Stadium.
Messi was a listed substitute, but there was "zero chance" he would play, according to Argentina officials.
He was subsequently spotted in one of the stadiums executive boxes alongside team-mate Sergio Aguero, as they watched Argentina run out 2-0 winners.
Messi, 30, says that he was keen to play in the fixture, but he travelled to Manchester with a slight niggle and Argentina bosses did not want to risk him.
