In a public poll conducted across Nigeria, some Nigerians have not been fully impressed with the on-going BBNaija reality TV show saying the housemates are not entertaining enough and the organisers of the show are only out to make profit.

The is the edition of the Big Brother Naija show and it is already in its 3rd week running. There are 20 contestants on the show, all gunning for the ultimate prize of N45 million and a brand new SUV.

Some of the viewers of the programme told newsmen that the show was “an insult to their intelligence as it promotes immorality among contestants.”

They housemates are also condemned in the manner that they engage in romance as though they are married or engaged.

Mrs Olabisi Afolabi, a mother of two teenagers said,

Another woman Abimbola Coker, in her on opinion wants the Big Brother Naija shows to be censored by government approved regulatory agencies to remove all obscene portions before transmitting it for public consumption.

Some viewers said that the organisers of the show should improve on its organisation to make it more educative as the show is also being broadcast to teenagers who watch sometimes without the supervision of an adult.

“A balance should be created between fun and depth.” They, while comparing the 2018 show with the 2017 edition with the theme ” See Gobe”, said that the 2018 show had not been entertaining enough.

This is the second week the show kicked off and many Nigerians had said that it was not entertaining enough.

Cassandra Smith, a banker, hinted that the housemates in this year’s BBNaija reality TV show do not show so much seriousness and it all appeared that they were more interested in catching some fun in the house than winning the whopping prize money of N45 million.

She said they looked unambitious and were attending to issues nonchalantly referring to when the housemates lost their wager in their first week in the house:

Daddy Freeze has taken to social media to reveal that a mentally unstable man who was allegedly healed has gone back to the streets.

Recall that a short while ago a viral news went round on social media space insinuating that Salvation Ministry had reportedly healed a well known mad man in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The man was said to have been rehabilitated and given a new life by the church.

However, controversial OAP, Daddy Freeze has taken to his Instagram page to blast the church members and their leader, insisting that the man who was said to have been healed has now gone back to the streets.

Uber is settling a lawsuit filed by Google’s autonomous car unit alleging that the ride-hailing service ripped off self-driving car technology.

Both sides in the case issued statements confirming the settlement Friday morning in the midst of a federal court trial in the case.

Google’s Waymo unit says Uber agreed to take steps to make sure Waymo technology isn’t used in Uber’s autonomous vehicles. Waymo says Uber also agreed to pay about $245 million.

Uber’s CEO says in a printed statement that the company doesn’t believe trade secrets made their way from Waymo to Uber. He also says Uber is taking steps to make sure its self-driving vehicle research represents only Uber’s work.

An Irish hairdresser from Ballinteer in Dublin is making waves in both Los Angeles and New York City as he styles the tresses of some of the biggest celebrities.

The artiste, whose vocal range covers three octaves participated in the remake of P-Square’s “Omoge Mi” and featured as the female voice in the duo’s 2008 hit track “Do Me.”

The Star Boy jersey, “Wizid FC” , an official jersey of Nigerian Musician Ayodeji Balogun a.k.a Wizkid, unveiled by International Sport wear Nike, has set twitter on fire.

The Star Boy jersey, unveiled on Thursday by Nike, is part of Nike’s jersey shop campaign where stars can customise jerseys for their fans and friends.

The deal makes Wizkid FC the first African Musician to have an official jersey.

The move has been met with raving support from his fan base, most of whom view it as epic and legendary.

Fans have already created a twitter handle for Wizkid Fan Club @wizkidfc, amongst several other accounts such as ‘WzkidFC Defender’, ‘WizkidFC Striker’, ‘Captain Wizkid FC’.

Meanwhile, a photo of fans in Kano wearing jerseys with ‘Wizkid FC’ inscribed on them for a football match is circulating social media.

It is often said that the brain is the most important erogenous zone. It’s often said, too, that there’s nothing sexier than a sense of humour. I’m not sure whether either of these assertions has been scientifically proven but, if they have, it could explain why Fifty Shades Freed is about as arousing as staring at a mildewed patch of wallpaper.

The film opens with Ana Steele (Dakota Johnson) getting married to Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan), Seattle’s most eligible bachelor. Their high-society wedding is dispensed with in a montage. Then their luxury honeymoon in France is dispensed with in a montage. And then, well, everything else drifts by with so little structure or intrigue that it might as well be a montage, too. Ana and her friends buy dresses; Christian buys a house. Ana drives a car; Christian drives a jet ski. On and on this product placement-heavy conspicuous consumption goes, but there’s hardly any personality to it, and even less plot. Would it be cruel at this stage to mention that the screenwriter, Niall Leonard, also happens to be James’ own husband? Maybe. But, to be fair, his scripting is no more perfunctory than James Foley’s directing. Between them, they seem to have been aiming for the will-sapping vapidity of a Kardashian reality TV show overseen by Tommy “The Room” Wiseau.

Still, Fifty Shades Freed isn’t wholly without incident. Every now and then, Ana goes to her office in a publishing firm, thus establishing that she is the only senior fiction editor in America who doesn’t have a single manuscript or proof copy at home. And every now and then she and Christian bicker about having children – the kind of work-life disagreement which would barely fill the Charlotte storyline in an episode of Sex and the City.

And sometimes – oh so rarely – the film-makers remember that Ana is being stalked by her cartoonishly psychotic former boss, Jack Hyde (Eric Johnson), at which point the stupidity ramps up, but not the excitement. Hyde’s hazily motivated attacks on Ana are quashed with laughable ease: Christian’s collection of riding crops would be more likely to do her an injury. But it’s still impossible to understand why Jack is treated so nonchalantly by the authorities. Halfway through the film, he tries to abduct Ana from the Greys’ swanky flat. After her bodyguards have dealt with him – which they do, without breaking a sweat – a police detective reassures her: “Don’t worry about Hyde, we’ve got enough to hold him.” And, somehow, he says it with a straight face. Enough to hold him?! The guy’s just broken into the home of Christian Grey – the wealthiest, most influential man in the city! And he’s held a foot-long knife to Christian Grey’s new bride! Of course you’ve got enough to hold him! You’ve probably got enough to send him straight to the electric chair! But apparently not. A few minutes later, Hyde is granted bail and walks free – and nobody tells Christian. That’s how head-slappingly idiotic Fifty Shades Freed is.

You could argue that none of this vacuousness matters, and that the film exists for its sex scenes. But these tend to be brief, discreet, waist-up interludes. Christian, it seems, is growing out of the whips and chains which obsessed him when the series began. He may be obnoxiously controlling in regards to every other aspect of Ana’s life, but he can’t be bothered with bondage. At their most daring, the newlyweds have sex in a car (a parked car, mind you – safety first), and they have sex on a kitchen table in their Aspen holiday home, during which Christian frets that they might wake up their fellow guests. And while these tame couplings could, in theory, have been titillating, the film’s pervasive joylessness acts as a cold shower. The ever-frowning Dornan has to take the blame. As usual, Johnson brings some much-needed flirtiness and recognisable human emotion to Ana, but Dornan always sounds as if he’s got a blocked nose, and always looks as if he would rather be at tomorrow’s board meeting. In one scene, Christian is so grumpy with Ana that he gives her a “not-tonight-I’ve-got-a-headache” brush-off, and that’s the only moment when Dornan’s performance has any conviction.

As feeble as it is in almost every respect, Fifty Shades Freed might perhaps have been watchable if Christian had been played by Bridget Jones-era Hugh Grant or by Wall Street-era Michael Douglas – or, for that matter, by any actor with confidence and swagger and a devilish twinkle. Instead, we’re stuck with a leading man who seems to be having a miserable time. Everyone in the audience will have a miserable time, too.

The jeweler who sold Donald Trump his wife Melania‘s 15-carat diamond engagement ring says the president is not quite the dealmaker he claims to be.

Graff Diamonds executives told Forbes on Thursday that Trump paid full price for the ring — which reportedly retailed at $1.5 million — despite his claim in a 2005 New York Times interview that he got a $1 million discount in exchange for publicity.

Because “only a fool would say, ‘No thank you, I want to pay a million dollars more for a diamond,’ ” Trump said at the time.

Trump, who co-wrote The Art of the Deal and often boasts about his negotiating abilities, also told the Times that wedding vendors gave him discounted rates because of the Trump brand. “Literally anything you can imagine from photos to flowers to food to jets to airports to diamonds,” he claimed at the time. “And for every item, there’s five people who want to do it. In all cases they don’t want anything, but they want recognition.”

Now, almost 13 years after that interview, Graff Diamonds chairman Laurence Graff is pushing back on Trump’s claim, telling Forbes that the real estate mogul was “a pleasure to do business with” but that he received “no favors” when purchasing the ring.

“We don’t sell items for publicity value,” Graff CFO Nicholas Paine added. A third unnamed source also said Trump “paid for [the ring] in full, and he paid immediately.”

The president also paid full price for a $3 million, 25-carat-diamond he purchased from Graff for his 10th wedding anniversary with Melania, according to Forbes.

Ed Sheeran is opening up about his personal “A Team” — aka fiancée Cherry Seaborn— to best friend Taylor Swift!

In a behind-the-scenes clip for their “End Game” music video, the pair discuss the inspiration for the English Grammy winner‘s rap-sung verse on the track, the latest single from Swift’s smash Reputation album.

“I wanna talk about the 4th of July line because that makes me really happy,” Swift, 28, tells Sheeran in the clip.

Hilarious and revealing banter ensues, as Sheeran, 26, responds: “Well, you see, it’s kind of a play on words — well, not really a play on words. There’s a film with Tom Cruise called Born on the Fourth of July. My relationship started on the Fourth of July.”

Swift pipes in: “At who’s house?”

“At Taylor’s house,” Sheeran adds. “So the story was, I was at Taylor’s party, and then a girl I went to school with who’s pretty cool ended up being in Rhode Island… I was like, ‘Taylor, can she turn up?’ And here we are.”

Says Swift of Seaborn: “Ugh, she is the coolest.”

As Sheeran told PEOPLE exclusively last year, his relationship with Seaborn did indeed blossom at Swift’s annual Independence Day weekend bash. Sheeran and Seaborn, 25, had been elementary school friends since they were 11 years old and reconnected in 2015. A year later, they celebrated their first anniversary at, of course, Swift’s Rhode Island party, where the “Look What You Made Me Do” singer commemorated her pals’ love with a punny marquee.

“Remember the sign that I made for your first anniversary?” Swift asks Sheeran in the behind-the-scenes video.

Says Sheeran: “‘Happy Anniversa-Cherry?'”

“‘Happy Ed-iver-Cherry’!” Swift corrects him, laughing. “I’m still excited about it. It took me so long to think of both of your names…”

Sheeran and Seaborn are happier than ever. In January, the “Shape of You” singer announced their engagement.

“Got myself a fiancée just before new year. We are very happy and in love, and our cats are chuffed as well,” he wrote on Instagram

Jordin Sparks can’t wait to be a mom, but she’s prepared for her son on the way to be a daddy’s boy.

“I was talking to [husband Dana Isaiah] the other day [and] I was like, ‘I just have a feeling you guys are gonna conspire against me,’ ” the American Idol alum, 28, jokes to PEOPLE Now.

She adds with a laugh, “I feel like it’s gonna be one of those things where it’s like, ‘Don’t you tell your mother about this.’ And then I’m gonna have to find out a week later about something.”

Sparks’ workout routine has changed quite a bit since finding out she was expecting — namely, whether she joins her model and fitness-enthusiast husband at the gym depends on how she’s feeling on any particular day.

“We would go to the gym maybe three or four times a week … and then the pregnancy changed everything because I was so tired,” she recalls. “The first trimester, I slept the entire time. Then the second trimester hit and I had more energy, and I do have more energy [now].”

“So there are days when I’m like, ‘Okay, babe, let’s go, let’s get this going, it’ll be great, I’ll go with you,’ ” she continues. “And then there are a lot of days where I’m like, ‘I’ll see you when you get home.’ ”

Sparks, a longtime Operation Smile ambassador, has partnered with Lay’s for the “Smile with Lay’s” campaign, which benefits the cleft lip and palate charity.

Kylie Jenner has been a mother for only one week but she's already having baby daddy drama. 

According to Radar online, Kylie's ex Tyga is demanding a paternity test because he believes Stormi might be his child, not Travis'.

"Tyga wants a DNA test because he really thinks that there is a chance this baby could be his," the source reveals.

The source claims that Kylie and Tyga were still intimate nine months before Stormi was born, even though they broke things off in April 2017. 

"Tyga told friends that he was still sexually active with Kylie nine months ago, when this baby was likely conceived," the source added.

On Monday, a source told Hollywood Life that Tyga wants to meet baby Stormi.

The source said: "He has a lot of questions and most importantly he still wonders if there is a chance if that baby could be his. Tyga misses Kylie now more than ever, really wants to meet the baby and wants some clarity and or closure on their situation."

If Stormi is really his, "he wants to know for sure so he can man-up and be a good father, or try to move on once and for all."

Vogue reports that in September last year, Tyga was shopping in Los Angeles and was heard telling fans, "Hell nah that’s my kid" when asked about his ex-girlfriend’s pregnancy rumors. Tyga reportedly posted and then deleted a Snapchat post where he claimed Ky's baby is "my kid."
