Nollywood actor, Ramsey Nouah, has a word for ‘slaying’ mamas and fake boys.

According to him, there is no need to always want to outshine people as simplicity is sophistication.

He shared on this Instagram page and wrote,

“The other day, I was arguing with a couple of friends about this new fashion and style craze everywhere, and how every day has now become a constant battle to outdo each other.

“Me o, I believe simplicity is sophistication. Don’t try too hard. As long as you are comfortable in your own skin and super confident, even if you walk wearing a sack and slippers, you will still stand out. My people put mouth in this matter…”

Ramsey Nouah (born Ramsey Tokunbo Nouah Jr.; 19 December 1970) won the Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role in 2010.

Nouah’s acting career kicked off when he starred in the Nigerian TV soap opera Fortunes. Nouah has since then appeared in numerous films starring as the lead role.

He has been called “Lover-Boi” for his numerous roles in romantic film. In 2010 Nouah won the African Movie Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role for his performance in the Best Picture award-winning film The Figurine.

Nouah is considered to be one of the most sought-after actors in Nigeria.

Nouah is married to Emelia Philips-Nouah. The couple have two sons and a daughter, named as Quincy, Camil Nouah and Desiree Nouah.

Questlove along with NBC are being sued by two cameramen who are accusing the legendary TheRoots member of racial discrimination. Kurt Decker and Michael Cimino, who are white, were former employees at “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.” According to documents obtained by @Blast, the men received “an unsolicited racist and misogynist text message from a Tonight Show stagehand” last June. Mark Kelley who is African-American and also the bassist for The Roots received the same message.

Instead of responding to the message, Decker and Cimino reported the incident to Roots manager Keith McPhee and NBC technical production manager Bryon King. Next Decker and Cimino were immediately fired, but not Kelley. A seven-week investigation was launched where the men claimed Questlove “pressured NBC to fire all of the Caucasian employees involved in the incident” and allegedly favored Kelley enough to not have him fired.

Sources close to NBC told The Blast that Decker and Cimino failed to report the text they received which is a violation of NBC’s policy. However, they both are seeking $1 million in damages…each!

A rep for Questlove tells @Blast that he “Denies the ridiculous allegations made in this lawsuit. Racism is REAL and exists throughout the world and for these gentlemen to claim victim is not only disrespectful to Questlove and his bandmates, but to all that truly endure racism on a daily basis.”

Kevin Hart has made a post on Instagram calling out four people who he claims are internet trolls.

In the post, he said he could slaughter them with a variety of comedic insults but instead he is wishing them a beautifully blessed day.

The comedian, however, went ahead to call them names saying he couldn’t help himself. One he said looks like Arsenio Hallin The Face. The other he said has a pair of sweatpants that she made into a thong in her a*s. He wrote that the third has pubic hair on his head and the fourth has too much face in a photo of him.

Former world number one Serena Williams will return to the tennis courts next month for the U.S. in their Fed Cup first round tie against the Netherlands.

The United States Tennis Association (USTA) disclosed this on Tuesday.

Williams has not played a WTA tournament since she won the Australian Open title last year and skipped this year’s opening Grand Slam.

This was after concerns about her fitness four months after giving birth to her first child.

She has played once since picking up her Open-era record 23rd Grand Slam in Melbourne last year.

Serena lost to Roland Garros champion Jelena Ostapenko in an exhibition match in Abu Dhabi last December.

The 36-year-old American will be joined by older sister Venus Williams and world number nine CoCo Vandeweghe with a fourth player to be announced next week.

The February 10 to February 11 tie is to be played on an indoor hard court in Asheville, North Carolina.

The U.S. beat Belarus last year for a record-extending 18th Fed Cup title, their first in 17 years.
