Drake starts following his alleged baby mama on Instagram

Some months back, a former porn star named Sophie Brussaux alleged she was pregnant with Drake's baby. Drake never publicly claimed the baby who was born in October last year but he recently started following Sophie and this caused more than a few brows to raise.
Not long after he followed her, Drake unfollowed her following the online buzz his actions created. But Sophie is still following the rapper. She has since named her son Aubrey Graham Jr, after his alleged superstar father.

Another Hack! Genevieve Nnaji has now replaced Funke Akindele-Bello on the cast list “Avengers: Infinity War”

Another alleged hack? Top actress Genevieve Nnaji has replaced Funke Akindele-Bello on the cast list for upcoming Hollywood superhero film “Avengers: Infinity War”.
Funke's name was removed after it was revealed that she was never contacted for the role and it had to do with an alleged hack in the system. Genevieve Nnaji's name is now on the list and if legitimate, she'll play a member of the Black Panther’s guards - the 'Dora Milaje'.

"I am not the father": Lil Wayne denies recent paternity claim, demands new paternity trial

There’s a woman who claims Lil Wayne is the father of her 15-year-old son, but the rapper, who has been ordered to pay child support, has said he is not the father of the teenager.
Louisiana native Keiotia Watson filed a paternity case against Lil Wayne in 2015. he claims they had sex in June 2001 and she became pregnant shortly after. However, she didn’t start seeking child support until August 2015. That’s when she filed a court order stating Wayne was her son’s, Dwayne Brown, father. Wayne never responded at the time.
In October 2015, Keiotia filed for a default judgment. Since Wayne never responded, a judge ordered Wayne to pay her $5,000/month in child support (which was to begin January 2016) and he also was ordered to cover the child’s health insurance.
Lil Wayne is adamant about paying the child support before it has even been confirmed that he’s the biological father. He is now requesting a new trail in the paternity case. In the documents he recently filed, he’s requesting to have the child support payments set aside until he’s proven that he is the biological father.
Wayne claims he never slept with the woman. Also, the father-of-four said he didn’t show up to court because he was not properly served the first time.
Wayne stated in his declaration:
“I did not engage in a sexual relationship with Keiotia Watson in June of 2001 or at any other time”.
“In June of 2001 I was residing in New Orleans, but my professional commitments required me to travel a great deal throughout the United States. I do not believe it is possible that I am the biological father of Dwayne Brown. I have never acknowledged Dwayne Brown as my son, nor was I ever made aware of his birth until I was served with the petition” filed in August.”
“I am the loving father of four (4) children, all of whom I provided support for since birth. Up until now, I have never been involved in a child support case.”
A hearing has been scheduled for next month.

$300 reward to journalist who asks Trump about US relations with Wakanda

When it comes to geography, Donald Trump is clearly not the sharpest tack on the board. He famously had the internet rolling in laughter in September when he spoke about Nambia's healthcare infrastructure at the UN General Assembly.
For those of you still unsure, there is no country called Nambia. However, there is the nation of Namibia, along with the similar sounding countries Zambia and Gambia. Last week the US president managed to take things to another level when he allegedly described certain Caribbean and African nations as "shithole countries".
On the heels of this public outrage, one woman on Twitter has decided to make Trump's cluelessness profitable for journalists working the White House beat. Writer Sara J Benincasa posted a proposition on the social media site, offering a reward to any journalist who could ask the Potus about US relations with the country of Wakanda.
"I am offering $300 (£218) to the journalist who very seriously asks Trump his opinion on our nation's relations with Wakanda and gets the question and answer recorded live on video," she wrote. "I know $300 doesn't sound like a lot to some people but I also know what most reporters make so...$300."
She welcomed others to contribute to the prize purse and offered to create a crowdfunding or Venmo situation whereby people who "wish to thank you for your bravery" can add money.
"And of course you always have the option to keep the money or donate it somewhere like @pressfreedom. And anybody who finds this thread amusing or this idea entertaining really ought to go follow @pressfreedom immediately to learn more about what they do all over the world," she continued.
Benincasa has one piece of advice for reporters looking to cash in: "Practice your poker face".


For those of you still unaware what the deal is about, Wakanda is a fictional country described in the Black Panther comics. Located in Northeastern Africa, the kingdom is ruled by T'Challa aka Black Panther and is one of the most technologically advanced countries in the world, made famous for being rich in the meteorite element vibranium.

Kendall Jenner models for Italian luxury retailer Tod's after walking the runway during Milan Fashion Week

She was the highest-paid model in 2017.
And on Sunday, it was revealed at Milan Fashion week that Kendall Jenner was the new face of Italian luxury leather retailer, Tod's, alongside famed ballet dancer,  Roberto Bolle.
The 22-year-old reality TV star looked chic to perfection as she posed with a baby corgi in the high-end brand's Spring 2018 ad campaign.


In one of the campaign photos, Kendall is seen sporting white skinny jeans, a pale blue button-up shirt, and a pair of tan leather loafers - from Tod's new Spring 2018 collection.
The catwalker wore her raven colored locks down by her shoulders while sporting a minimal amount of makeup to accentuate her natural beauty.

 The renowned model accessorized her ensemble with a silver bracelet, designer sunglasses, and a nude handbag which is also part of the brands spring collection.
Kendall was all smiles as she playfully held up the pup while sitting on the floor in an outdoor patio.



Another photo showed Kendall showing off her long pins in white shorts and a tan satin shirt that folded at the sleeves.
The daughter of Kris and Caitlyn Jenner's ensemble was styled with a yellow Tod's Wave backpack.
Multiple other snaps showed the 22-year-old reading as she sat beside the pool.
The campaign also had Kendall lounging around in different leather accessories from the Italian-inspired collection.



Kendall joined Tod's at the Milan Fashion Week alongside Roberto as the company showcased their new collection to the public.
The high-end fashion brand posted a picture of the California girl as she went braless underneath a thin brown long sleeve turtleneck shirt.
Tod's wrote: 'The one and only @kendalljenner tonight in #Milan to present the new #Tods Advertising Campaign. More to come! #ItalianInspiration #SS18 #kendalljenner' 
The Tod's ad campaign seems to be on a better track than her campaign last year with Pepsi, which caused an uproar by social media users who called the campaign racially 'tone-deaf'.

Pregnant Cat Deeley puts on very leggy display in first public appearance since announcing she is expecting her second child with husband Patrick Kielty

The TV presenters have revealed in an adorable message on Twitter they are expecting another child together.
And on Sunday pregnant Cat Deeley was glowing as she appeared at the 2018 Winter Television Critics Association Press Tour in The Langham Huntington Pasadena, Los Angeles.
The glitzy event marks the first occasion that the 41 year old expectant mother has been seen in public since announcing her second pregnancy.

The presenter looked incredible as she sat on stage in an elegant black dress which skimmed over her blossoming baby bump.
The mum-of-one looked timeless in the pencil dress which had a fashionable cape-style lace overlay.
As she sat with her legs crossed, the dress skimmed her thighs, flaunting her enviable pins to the audience.
Presenter Cat and her 46 year old husband Patrick are already parents to son Milo, who is two years old.  
The news that they are expecting their second child comes after the 41 year old LA based star admitted she is desperate for more children.

‘John Wick’ TV Series Confirmed

John Wick is one of those films that surprised audiences with just how good it was. Before the release, actor Keanu Reeves’ career had been on somewhat of a downward trajectory after a myriad of his films bombed at the box office. Then John Wick saved it, bringing Keanu back into the spotlight, and back into our hearts along with it. It wasn’t just Keanu that made the film however, it was the fictional world dreamt-up by writer Derek Kolstad; a world populated by secret assassins who trade in gold coins and have their own dedicated chain of hotels – The Continental. As the films have been so popular, and with the forthcoming John Wick: Chapter Three being the final film, Lionsgate and Starz are now working together to bring a television show based on the hotel to small screens worldwide.
The series will be set within the John Wick universe and is currently being developed under the title of The Continental which will ‘focus on the inner workings of the exclusive Continental Hotel which serves as a refuge for assassins.’ The project has already managed to attract some interesting talent with writer/producer Chris Collins (Sons of Anarchy, The Wire and The Man in the High Castle) attached to write the series and serve as showrunner. Producers include all John Wick royalty, the franchise producer Basil Iwanyk, directors David Leitch and Chad Stahelski, franchise writer Derek Kolstad, and John Wick himself, Keanu Reeves. Stahelski will also go one step further and direct the premiere episode.
According to the news on the Starz website, Collins will ‘expand the universe by focusing on the Continental Hotel and those who find refuge under its roof. Set in a hyper-real version of Los Angeles, the series maintains the urgency of the action along with the dry humour from the John Wick movies.’ Being set in Los Angeles must sadly mean that everyone’s favourite concierge, Lance Reddick, and hotel manager Ian McShane, will not star in the show. It is rumoured however, that Keanu may make a cameo which would allude to the show being set in the past, but that is still to be confirmed.
Starz President and CEO Chris Albrecht described the new show as being ‘truly unlike anything else on TV‘, going on to say that ’The Continental promises to include the thunderous fight sequences and intensely staged shootouts between professional assassins and their targets that fans have come to expect in the John Wick movie franchise, as well as introducing some new, darkly compelling, characters who inhabit this underground world.’
Premiere dates have yet to be confirmed, though we imagine it could be as early as this autumn. We will of course, as always, keep you posted as we hear more.

Little history of Davido's 'military' crew member, Kayode, who beat up officials at the Lagos airport

Davido's crew member, Umarudeen Kayode engaged in a fight with Airport officials at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport on January 11th after an argument over verification of luggage went awry.
Kayode aka Tyconne allegedly punched a Checkpoint staff on the face and this of course attracted other security officials - who then attempted to arrest him. He reportedly resisted arrest and pummeled another airport security staff, injuring an Assistant Customs Comptroller in the process.
On January 12th, Kayode was granted bail after he was arraigned before an Ikeja Magistrate court and charged for assault, breach of public peace and resisting arrest. Now here is his little history in connection with this case.
1. He's a former US Soldier. - This of course explains why he was able to beat up the airport officials who allegedly couldn't subdue him easily.
2. He served in war torn Afghanistan for a full year after volunteering...This was between 2015 - 2016.

BOURNEMOUTH STUN ARSENAL AT THE VITALITY STADIUM

Arsenal’s poor run of form continued on Sunday as the Gunners were beaten 2-1 by AFC Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.
Hector Bellerin gave Arsenal a 52nd-minute lead, but goals from Callum Wilson and Jordon Ibe in the space of five minutes earned the Cherries a historic triumph.
With Sunday’s result, Arsenal have now gone four games without victory in all competitions.
Arsenal are currently 20 points adrift leaders, Manchester City and 8 points behind fourth place team.

On their part, Bournemouth’s victory which is their first in 2018 has lifted them four places up to 13th in the table, four points clear of the relegation zone.

MANCHESTER CITY SUFFERS FIRST SEASON OF DEFEAT

Manchester City suffered their first Premier League defeat of the season and it was at Anfield where Liverpool beat the table-toppers 4-3 in a thrilling encounter.
The Reds showed great intent as they took the lead after just nine minutes through Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, but City went into the break all square courtesy of Leroy Sane’s equaliser.
In the second half, three goals in just eight minutes from Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah put Jurgen Klopp’s side in the driver’s seat.
However, City mounted a late fightback as they reduced the deficit through Bernardo Silva and Ilkay Gundogan.
Liverpool held on to the slim win to take all the three point on offer and also avenge the 5-0 humiliation they suffered in the reverse fixture.

WRITER, ESE WALKER-ARK REVEALS SHE ABANDONED HER BABY FOR SOMETIME AND EVEN THOUGHT OF SMASHING HIM ON THE WALL

Writer Ese Walter-Ark, in an open post which she shared on her Facebook page revealed her battle with postpartum depression.
Ese narrated how she abandoned her 9 months 3 weeks old baby with her mother in Abuja and ran down to Lagos, in November 2015, when she became so depresed after childbirth.
She says the depression was so heavy that a certain day, she thought of smashing her baby on the wall.

They called me a bad mother Writer, Ese Walker-Ark, shares her shocking battle with postpartum depression, reveals she abandoned her baby for sometime and even thought of smashing him on the wall?
After Boobman was born I struggled to find my Happy. At the same time, I had to act happy because who isn’t happy after birthing a child?
I carried on everyday reminding myself that as a mother my happiness came second. I needed to be there for my child. I needed to love him, care for him, take care of him etc.
As he grew, I felt myself sink deeper into the hole that sat in my core. And I couldn’t express this. I remember the day the health visitor came to check on us. She asked, “have you had any unpleasant thoughts concerning your baby?”
“No, I have been so happy since he arrived.” I lied.
She asked a few more questions, checked his height, head size, weight, and was done.
As she left, I wondered if I should call her back and tell her about that night he wouldn’t sleep and I needed sleep, and as I breastfed him, I imagined what would happen if I threw him against the wall. Perhaps I’d be free from this little bondage that seemed to be running my life. But I didn’t. I feared they would think me crazy. Some who knew me already thought me crazy. Sigh. I let her go. I returned to getting by one day at a time.
The day he turned 6 months, I decided I was going to run away. Because he was breastfeeding and I didn’t have any money I stuck around. At 9 months and three weeks, I had saved a little money so I weaned him one Friday, cold turkey style. Nobody knew I was weaning him. By the next day, he had forgotten chest. I was left with swollen painful br**sts but I felt it was worth it because finally nothing was tying him to me.
On the 1st of November 2015, a week before he turned 10 months, I took him to my mum’s along with a new nanny I had gotten a week earlier. I told my mum I had a spa date and would be back for him in 2 hours.
As I left the house, I headed to the airport, bought a one way ticket to Lagos and left Abuja, Boobman, and motherhood behind. I sent text messages to my family that I was gone and not coming back.
They tried to reach me by email. I was told that I abandoned my child and I was a bad mother. It was true. They were right. I had already concluded to myself that I was a bad mother long before anyone else told me so. I wasn’t going to mother, I wanted to feel alive. I wanted to feel I mattered too. I wanted to feel, period.
I didn’t want to hurt my baby. I wasn’t sure how long I would have lasted before I snapped. Leaving was the only option. I wasn’t going to come back.
A few months later we were reunited. I was told to apologize to him for leaving him. What they didn’t know was for the months I planned my leaving, he was aware. I told him every time I breastfed him that I was sorry I had to go away without him. I told him the times I was sad. I told him the times I felt lost and empty. And the night before that November 1st, I shed a tear as I told him I was leaving the next day.
I still remember my final thought before I left. I said to myself, “if I die now, this child will survive and even thrive.” At that, my mind made itself up.
I know we like to think a mother should sacrifice herself for her babies but sometimes mother wants to run away and leave everything behind. This usually starts and ends as a thought or wishful thinking for most new mothers. For me, it was the only way to live. So I took the leap.

BRIT Awards 2018 nominations have been announced

And the nominees are...

The BRIT Awards 2018 nominees were announced last night.
Taking place on February 21st at The O2 Arena the BRIT Awards will be hosted by comedian Jack Whitehall and Emma Willis.
Dua Lipa leads the pack with five nominations, including MasterCard British Album of the Year and British Female Solo Artist, while, as you'd expect, Ed Sheeran isn't too far behind with four nominations. Other artists with multiple nominations include J Hus, Rag'n'Bone Man, Calvin Harris and, of course, Stormzy.
Internatonal nods go to Drake, Kendrick Lamar, P!nk, Taylor Swift and Childish Gambino, to name but a few.
Voting is now open for the British Artist Video of the Year and British Breakthrough Act categories. You can vote here.

Usain Bolt reveals what drove him to become the fastest man of all time

Usain Bolt became the fastest man on earth by crossing the finish line of the 100 metres sprint in 9.58 seconds in the finals of the World Athletics Championships back in 2009. And the retired Jamaican sprinter's record still stands after eight long years.
Speaking to the Mirror, the Olympic gold medalist revealed the reason that drove him to become the fastest man on the planet. He said his father's strict timekeeping was the reason for the way he turned out, adding that his dad still reprimands him whenever he is late for anything.
"My dad Willis is a stickler for timekeeping. He'd rather be five hours early than a minute late and it's habitual for me to be the same," he told the publication.
He added, "If I was late, my dad would be upset with me because late is not an option. It's about good manners and respect. Now, I don't like people being late."
Bolt also disclosed that his mother Jennifer is the only woman in his life who can really make him cry.
"If mom's not happy, I'm not happy. If my mom gets sick or she's not happy, it upsets me and yeah, it makes me cry," he said.
The 31-year-old also said that he is a good-natured person even though people assume him to be arrogant because of the way he carries himself. Bolt said that when people saw him having some fun after finishing his races, they felt he was showing off. Bolt, however, added that a lot of people have told him that they initially thought he was cocky, but after meeting him in person, they changed their minds.
"You should never assume something about someone, especially if you have never met them. Again, it comes from my parents. My upbringing has been very steady and my parents would kick my a** if I changed, he said.
He added, "Even today, I can see the look in dad's eyes if something goes wrong. He might say something I disagree with and he looks at me with that expression. I have to say, 'Dad you can't whip my a**, calm down.'"
