Tragic DJ Avicii had a secret girlfriend and was planning to start a family, it has been claimed.
Czech model Tereza Kacerova shared a number of intimate snaps of the couple on Instagram and wrote: "I was set on keeping our relationship private as I wanted it to be ours only.
"But I thought, if I’m going to share this with the world, it will be when pregnant with our child. Ohhh, how that plan went awry.”
Meanwhile friend Olivia Nervo, one half of Aussie dance act Nervo with twin Miriam, told The Sun: "When I last saw Tim it felt like he was more confident and happier.
"Friends of mine who were good friends of his told me he was the happiest he’d ever been.
It comes as devastated family implied Avicii - real name Tim Bergling - took his own life after struggling to find peace in an emotional second statement.
His parents and brother, who flew out to Oman over the weekend after he was found dead in Muscat on Friday, said the Swedish superstar "struggled" with big life questions and "couldn't go on", adding that "he wanted to find peace".
Although the family do not explicitly mention the cause of death, sources said the poignant statement’s original wording in his native Swedish makes the strong implication he killed himself.
Avicii had previously spoken of his fear of dying if he continued to fly around the world to perform night after night in the biggest clubs.
