Pop icon Robbie Williams recently posted a new piece of artwork on his Instagram account. "New musical content?!" we hear you scream, but no, Robbie's new venture is in fact ink-based.
In an amusing tribute to himself, the ex-Take That star is now seemingly sporting a drawing of his face across his chest. We wonder if he's been taking inspiration from Jackass favourite Steve-O, who famously wears a huge tattooed self-portrait on his back.
Robbie's tattoo endeavours have been in the limelight for a while now. Two years ago, he honoured the late Ronnie Corbett with an illustration of a pair of Two Ronnies-style specs on his neck.
With yesterday's social media post receiving a string of mushy comments, the question is, what inspired him to get this tattoo made?
Well, in an interesting turn of events, while apparently on holiday, Robbie's wife Ayda Field has uploaded a photo of the popstar onto her own Instagram page, with the new chest artwork seemingly non-existent.
Known for his mischievous nature and rebellious persona, we wouldn't be too surprised if this whole thing was a light-hearted hoax.
