The reality TV siren from Calabasas was standing in front of a very tiny sink.
This comes after she shared on her pay site that she wore a wig for her KKW Beauty X Mario makeup campaign shots shared last week.
She also shared three behind-the-scenes images from the shoot on kimkardashianwest.com.
Turns out the Keeping Up With The Kardashians standout was wearing fake hair. 'My hair was blonde here so this was a wig,' confessed the wife of Kanye West. 'You guys know I don’t feel comfortable in a wig, but this one looked so good and I loved the color!'
'Mario also really wanted me to have dark hair for the campaign, since that's his favorite look on me.'
She also said at first she was going to be in shorts but then decided to turn up the heat by taking off her clothes.
'We thought we were gonna do just head shots and close-up photos, so I had bike shorts on and then at the very end of the shoot, I wanted it sexier,' said the star who has posed nude several times.
'I took my bike shorts off to do really sexy shots, which ended up being the ones we loved the most and used for the campaign.'
She began by saying she was excited for the items to go on sale - the line is expected to haul in over $10m in the first few days.
'I can't believe Friday is the launch of our KKW Beauty x Mario collab!' said Kim.
'Creating this collection with Mario has been so surreal. For our campaign photos, shot by Greg Swales, Mario used all of the new products on me and Chris Appleton did my hair.

For her shoot shared last week, the looker was posing with her makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic as she plugged their new collaboration on KKW X MARIO eye shadows and lipstick.
This comes after the siren was criticized for having an Instagram image so heavily Photoshopped that a car appeared to be squeezed together to look like a toy in a slender parking spit.
In the new images, Kim looks touched up to perfection on all levels.
The beauty's face also looks distorted with her features more even than ever. Her eyes are bigger and the space from her eyes to her lips seems longer.
And her neck appears stretched so it's longer, leaner. Plus, she overall looks tanner.
While Kim has an enviable figure thanks to daily workouts and the Atkins Diet, she looks even more slender here with a tiny waistline and slimmer arms.
Stars very often rely on Photoshop for advertisements because even though customers don't want to admit it, they want stars to look as good as can be - often beyond realistic expectations - to buy the product.
