Chris Brown is adamant there was nothing suss going on as he was pictured with his hands around a woman’s neck this week. The 28-year-old singer was pictured in Miami on Monday, seen with his hands clutching a woman’s throat who appeared to look distressed in a few images. Other pictures however do show the woman to be smiling as Chris touches her neck. Brown’s lawyer insisted the circumstances were ‘playful’, however after swift eyebrow raising from the public Brown chose to defend himself further.
He took to Instagram overnight to attempt to set the record straight. ‘THANKS for all the publicity today,’ the father-of-one said. ‘Y’all know damn well I ain’t going down that road. ‘There is no need to even defend myself on the matter. Everyone that’s around (girl/guy are my HOMIES. NO FOUL PLAY…NO IGNORANT S—T. END of discussion. LOVE.’ Accompanying the post was a caption plugging tickets, he said: ‘TOUR TICKETS AVAILABLE (AND BY THE WAY, THATS LITTLE DICKY)’.
Yes, he used a post to let his fans know he wasn’t CHOKING SOMEONE to sell some tickets. Following the release of the images, the singer’s lawyer Mark Geragos told TMZ both parties stated the incident was harmless, as he said: ‘She’s friend. It’s obviously playful as she confirmed.’
