Kristen Bell has revealed the secrets to her happy marriage in a Twitter post to all her fans. The Frozen actress, who married actor Dax Shepard in 2013, shared some words of wisdom she wrote initially for her friends. ‘I was writing a note to friends who were getting hitched. I wrote congratulations then thought “Kristen! Aren’t you old and married? Don’t you have any wisdom to share?!”‘ the 37-year-old wrote on Twitter.

‘When I was done, I realised I’d written the A-Z of what keeps my marriage with Dax Shepard healthy.’ Her tips include ‘stay vulnerable with each other’ and allow each other space because ‘it will make your marriage better’. Sounds pretty neat. She also got a little bit cheeky with her words of wisdom as she added: ‘In 10 years, when the dopamine has waned, remember: Life is a crazy ride. It’s a privilege to go through it with a partner.’ Other tips include: ‘Know that everyone is doing the best they can with what they’ve got. So get a bigger emotional tool box to fix your problems.’
Fans flocked thanked The Good Place star, who has two daughters – Lincoln and Delta – with Shepard, for her ‘inspiring’ advice. One fan wrote to Kristen: ‘I’m going to print these out and hang them in the house. These are just damn good tips for humaning in general- I tip my hat to you!’
‘I respect @IMKristenBell immensely after reading this. This list shows such maturity and realism,’ added another. The advice was great and all but we just want to know how her handwriting is so neat!
