Meanwhile, Kendall's relationship with Blake Griffin has been impacted after she was dragged into his palimony suit filed by his ex, according to a new report.
The basketball star, 28, is being sued by his ex Brynn Cameron, 31, who specifically named the model, 22, in her lawsuit.
'Being traded from Los Angeles to Detroit so abruptly was just a total shock for Blake, and now this lawsuit Cameron filed, well, it's taking a toll on his relationship with Kendall,' a source told Us Magazine.
The insider claimed Blake knew the palimony suit was going to be filed but didn’t know the exact date and warned Kendall ahead of time.
'He didn’t know to the extent she would be included in the filing,' the source said, though added Blake 'strongly suspected' Kendall was going to be 'dragged' into the matter.
The source claimed the KUWTK star is bewildered as to why she is involved at all.
'Kendall just doesn’t understand the need to drag her into a dispute between two people that absolutely had nothing to do with her,' the insider said.
'She got involved with Blake after he had already dumped Brynn. Brynn and Blake had been off and on for years, [so] to portray Kendall as some sort of homewrecker is just out of bounds.'
The source added: 'It’s incredibly disappointing for Blake that a private family matter is now out in the public” and that “he is foremost concerned about his children.'
Cameron tore into the NBA star in a lawsuit filed on Valentine's Day, claiming that he abandoned his family for a romance with Jenner.
Meanwhile, the outing comes after she admitted on Sunday night's Keeping Up With The Kardashian's that she suffers from anxiety and may be a 'hypochondriac.'
The Calvin Klein model looked fit in her grey frilly crop top that showed off her toned arms and tiny waistline.

But Kendall told her seriously: 'There's a lot that happened this past year that's affected my, like, starting with like... Kim's robbery. Then I got robbed, then I had my stalkers.
'That's why I don't really like going out anymore, that's why I don't tweet, I don't Instagram. Because that gives me anxiety too. I swear it's the craziest thing.'
Kendall was shown going for a sound meditation session that put her to sleep, later opening up to sister Kim about her troubles.
But Kim seemed most concerned in trying to wax Kendall's hairy arms - instead waxing then-assistant Stephanie Shepherd's upper lip, drawing blood.
Kendall said that 'anxiety is mental,' explaining: 'I try and maintain it, but sometimes it is out of your control.'
She also admitted: 'I've always been the worst hypochondriac, but now I have to try and be a big girl.'
