The Bodak Yellow rapper captioned the post: 'Thanks babe @offsetyrn but how imma get him to NY?'
In the post, the former stripper straddles the gigantic teddy bear while looking back at the camera.
The reality TV star wears a blue knitted woolen skirt and top and towering white heels.
The rapper wears a blonde wig in a departure from her normally dark tresses.
There have been rumors the singer, whose real name is Belcalis Almanzar, is pregnant with her first child.
But on Friday she looked far from an expectant mother as she danced in her bra and pants during her Instagram video.
Later in the day, the hitmaker's fiance - rapper Offset - denied the pregnancy rumour according to TMZ.
The Boxycharm hitmaker previously shot down pregnancy rumours earlier this month, by replying to a fan on Instagram: 'No b**** I'm just getting fat. Let me [be] fat in peace.'
