The high school gym class pullover has come a long way — just take a look at the designers hoodies worn by Beyoncé and January Jones. 

To elevate the everyday basic, both ladies paired their sweatshirts with formal, asymmetrical skirts.  Thought your favorite sweatshirt was only for running errands and couch-lounging? Think again!

 

while it's not unusual to don a sweatshirt at a basketball game, it's how Beyoncé, 36, wore the casual everyday item that had the 'Crazy In Love' singer standing out from the crowd at the 67th NBA All-Star Game in Los Angeles, California.

Queen B paired her JW Anderson graphic black hoodie with a bright yellow Jacquemus asymmetrical skirt.

To finish off the look she accessorized with the Helmut Plexi Lace-Up shoe by Gianvito Rossi and the Vector sunglasses by Gentle Monster.

 

January Jones hit the green carpet at the Council of Fashion Designers of America luncheon held at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, California, looking sporty chic.

To offset the slouchy silhouette of her Off-White black cropped hoodie, the 40-year-old actress styled it with a leg-baring formal skirt by the same brand.
