DAKOTA JOHNSON has said that she negotiated with Fifty Shades Freed bosses on some of the nude content.
The Fifty Shades films are known for their sex scenes, but Johnson said in a new interview that she was careful to not put in any more taxing nudity than was necessary.
Speaking to ET, she said: “I tried to do a lot of negotiating on a lot of different things.
“The thing is, it’s [sex] a big part of these stories, so I know what I signed up for - it’s not a matter of them forcing me to take off my clothes. I chose to do these jobs.”
Co-star Jamie Dornan, who plays Christian Grey, has also spoken about the amount of nudity he had discussions over.
“That whole thing with offering more money to go nude? That didn’t happen,” he told Elle.
“I don’t know if I said I wouldn’t [do it]. You see my arse quite a lot. That doesn’t really bother me.
“You see a lot of Dakota’s t**s. I would show my t**s if I had them.
“I just thought, ‘We don’t need to be flashing the rest if it’s not essential to the story’. We’re not making porn as much as people think we are.”
Dornan also sings in the film, and you can hear his version of Maybe I’m Amazed now.
The movie has had universally negative reviews, but is expected to lead this weekend’s box office.
