Coleen and her football husband Wayne Rooney welcomed their fourth son, Cass Mac seven days ago.
Today, the proud mother of four took to Instagram to share a sweet snap of her newborn baby boy sleeping in his cot as he turns a week old.
Coleen who shares three other sons with her husband, placed a cute milestone card on Cass' chest which read: 'Today I am 1 week old'.
