Kim Kardashian SLAMMED by trolls for finding time to cook massive feast as she returns to work days after newborn daughter is born

Kim Kardashian West has been slammed by fans after cooking a massive feast just days after the birth of her newborn daughter. 

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star and husband Kanye West welcomed their daughter, who was born via a surrogate, on Monday. 

However, some trolls were less than impressed that the 37-year-old did not appear to have her hands full with her third child

As well as returning to work, posting promoted adverts to her 106m Instagram followers and clips of herself hitting the gym, Kris Jenner's daughter caught the attention of critics after taking the time to cook a huge feast for her family. 

The star shared a step by step guide for fans as she cooked cornbread, macaroni cheese and fried chicken. 

But some fans lashed out after she posted the Instagram stories, asking how she had the time to cook so much food while also looking after a newborn. 

One concerned Instagram follower wrote: "Is anyone else concerned that Kim Kardashian’s baby was just born and she’s vlogging herself cooking for the first time in probably 10 years???" 

While another added: "Kim Kardashian is cooking a full on feast... didn’t she just get her 3rd baby like yesterday?" 

A third chipped in: "Okay how is @KimKardashian cooking a whole freaking feast for her fam with a one day old infant??????? Nanny? Kanye?? Kris?? Who is taking care of the baby? So many pointless questions to avoid my responsibilities lol". 

And a fourth concurred: "Kim Kardashian do you just have nurses and nannies that take care of your kids for you? I’m a new mom and obviously you don’t have to do much of the work if you can find time to make that big of a meal."
