So when we heard that she's releasing a brand new book, 4 Week Body Blitz, we had to grab a chat to see why her regime - that focuses on short-term results - will stand out from the rest.
Speaking exclusively to new!, Chloe said: "I wanted to create something that's very easy to do. You can do it at home and don't need to do it in the gym or use any equipment."
