Bruce Willis is looking to sell his six-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom apartment on New York City's Upper West Side for $17.75 million.
The A-lister actor, 62, and wife Emma Heming, 39, have listed the duplex, which sits at 271 Central Park West, about three years after plunking down $16.995 million to buy it from Wesley Edens, the owner of the NBA's Milwaukee Bucks, and his wife Lynn, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The Edens had consolidated two apartments into one, providing an expansive home the celeb couple moved into with their young daughters Mabel, five, and Evelyn, three.
The lavish 6,000-sq. foot home, which has a white motif complemented by sunlight, comes with unparalleled views spanning about 150 feet of Central Park, the Wall Street Journal reported.
The home's foyer leads to the living and dining rooms, which each are framed with large scale windows centered around the view of the Gotham landmark, according to the real estate site StreetEasy.
The home's kitchen area has a breakfast bar that features extravagant counter-tops made of granite. The olive green cabinets are encased with chrome details, and the area also includes a pair of refrigerators and a Viking stove.
Other amenities the dwelling comes with include a library, a laundry room, and a master suite in the bedroom that features a steam shower, StreetEasy reported.
The home is hitting the market due to the family's busy schedule that doesn't allow them to spend much time in the Big Apple, their real estate broker Ann Cutbill Lenane told the paper.
