The photo is a throwback Snapchat of the lip kit mogul with her niece baby Dream - but it's still got fans convinced they've seen a glimpse of her future.
The Kylie Jenner Snapchat Instagram account, which has 623k followers, shared the photo with the caption: "#Throwback with #Dream. I can't wait for #minikylie."
And fans eager for a glimpse of their favourite reality star admitted their "heart stopped" when they saw the photo.
"Omg my heart literally just stopped," one fan wrote.
"WTF I thought..." another added.
Meanwhile, the reason Kylie has decided to stay out of the spotlight since her unconfirmed pregnancy news was announced has been revealed.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has hardly been since in public since the summer, leaving her fans guessing about her rumoured impending motherhood.
While sources in the US claim she's "happy" to be expecting, they add that she wants to keep her pregnancy private after having so much of her life played out in the spotlight.
“She’s very happy about the pregnancy but she doesn’t want to share this with the world,” an insider told Us Weekly.
